I had an extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory experience with Inventi Service. A technician…read morecame to my residence on Oct. 5, 2026, to perform a diagnostic and tune up on my heating system and a diagnostic on my AC system which was not working. Immediately upon his arrival, the Inventi Service tech took one look at my heating system and said "we don't work on electric heating systems" and that was that... no diagnostic - no tune-up. Then, he looked at my AC system and said that the reason why it wasn't working was because it wasn't receiving any electrical power. When I asked him if he could repair this problem he said that he couldn't because he couldn't figure out why it wasn't getting any power and that I would have to call an electrician to have this problem fixed. Then he said that because there didn't appear to be any way to power on the AC system, he couldn't perform a diagnostic on it. So, he ended up doing absolutely nothing to either the heating or AC systems. Then, he had the nerve to ask me how I was going to pay for his "heating and AC systems diagnostic service"! When I pointed out that he hadn't performed any diagnostic procedures of any kind on either my heating or AC system he replied that it didn't matter - I still owed him $100! The next day, a technician from another HVAC service company, O'Ryan's Heating and Cooling, came and performed a full diagnostic on both my heating and AC system (which he was able to power on simply by locating - and flicking on - the AC power switch!) and didn't charge me anything to do those diagnostics! So, you can see that I certainly DO NOT recommend that anyone use Inventi Service for any heating and AC service they may require.

I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. They were professional,…read morereliable, responsive, and truly committed to getting the job done right. Tony, the plumber, was absolutely excellent--knowledgeable, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. Chris, the owner, was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout the entire process. Our project was fairly complicated and required several return visits, particularly to accommodate the inspection process. Throughout it all, the team remained professional, patient, and committed to making sure everything was completed properly. They went above and beyond, and the quality of their work was outstanding. I actually went through an extensive bidding process before selecting this company, and I can confidently say I made the right choice. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose them without hesitation. A truly great company with excellent customer service and workmanship. I will absolutely use them again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, trustworthy plumbing company!
