Hands down, the best barbecue I've ever had!…read more The chopped beef was absolutely incredible--truly, the best chopped beef I've ever tasted! The chopped pork was fantastic, and the ribs were nothing short of amazing. Everything was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. And the barbecue sauces? The hot sauce was exactly what I like, with the perfect kick, and the mild sauce was delicious too. There wasn't a single thing we tried that disappointed! The owners are the nicest, most wonderful people I know! They know what they are doing! As far as ambiance is concerned, it's a walk up order situation so not a restaurant to go into but they do have some covered tables and chairs in front. This is some of the best barbecue I've ever had, and my only complaint is that it isn't closer to where I live! I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Can't wait to come back!

I could tell she just wanted to get out of there, like she had a long day. No matter how undecided the children were with their sandwich toppings, she held it together. I know I would have snapped. I feel like at some point children will be able to make choices on their own, these kids were just barely at that age. So I patiently waited about 15-20mins for her to finish their order and placed mine. Long story short, nice friendly employees and good sandwiches. My sandwich was also very good, they did not skimp like most subway shops do.

I used to work there when Sam, the store manager, did. Hence, I knew that online orders had a priority. I asked several questions if they had already started making my order. However, I was not acknowledged and not given any answer. After some time, I asked the girl if she knew Sam. She responded that she did and then explained that she was the current store manager. I reminded her that online orders were a priority and asked if she knew that. She replied in an extremely sarcastic and rude way: "Oh yeah, I know, I work here." I do not think that such a customer should be treated badly and not be given any answer when asking about his or her order. If something had gone wrong with my order or if it took more than 20 minutes, the staff could have asked for my forgiveness. However, when I asked for a refund, I had to wait even longer because it turned out that they did not know the exact procedure for such cases. I understand that sometimes restaurants may have busy days or that employees may make mistakes. However, the customer should always be treated properly and, at least, be given an answer to his or her questions. Moreover, in this case, I used to work there, and I knew the expectations of the store manager. Hence, this experience was even more disappointing for me.
