I'd would beg to differ from the poster below. I have been using American Mail and Parcel for over two years (and before that I dealt with Shawn when he was with a different company). They are extremely prompt with their replies to emails, telephone calls etc. I think that American Mail and Parcel goes above and beyond their job descriptions. I have both a business and personal account with them and wouldn't trade them for the world. In fact, if Shawn were to leave this company and start a new one I would go there! We've built a relationship with Shawn over the past 7 years. You can't trade good customer service for anything! read more

I paid for a one-year service to send parcels at this location and their customer service is really awful. They do not reply to emails quickly and do not answer their phones. I sent two parcels to their address and I want to know how much it would cost before forwarding them to my home address, and no answer! It is starting to make me believe these people are not serious or are running away with my purchases. read more

This place is a joke, we had a shipment sent there and there is no sign of it. USPS confirms it was delivered but they say they don't have it. we call EVERY DAY and no one ever answers their phone. Their opening hours are listed on their website as M-F 9:00 to 5:00 and that is when we call. we have left several messages and no one ever calls back. DO NOT use these people, totally unreliable and unprofessional. read more

Today I went to pick up a package that arrived THAT MORNING and it took a solid half hour for them to find it. Not only that, but my sister was with me and they found a letter that had arrived for her...in 2014, which they had never given to her, and she goes there fairly regularly. Wow, only 4 years late. I will not use this company again. I just can't tolerate that level of incompetence.

I would also disagree with the 1st reviewer. I too have been doing business with them for 2 years. I usually pick up my Amazon loot on a Sat. (yes there are open Sat for a few hours) and Shawn or Norman are always there to receive me and have my parcels ready in a flash. I am so glad I made the move from a previous provider in the area where service was antaginizing slow and plus they weren't open on Sats. American Mail and Parcel gets my "Like" hands down. Same great experience here. Excellent reliable friendly customer service. Been using them for years. Shawn goes out of his way for you and takes care of all your needs.
