All the other places I had considered had delivery dates that were weeks away. I love that I was able to support a local, family business. The gentlemen who delivered and assembles everything were so thorough and courteous. It was very snowy and one young man was so diligent about wiping his feet upon entry to my place each time he came back in from the snow. The entire team was also so quick and neat. They cleaned everything up upon their departure. Sam called as soon as they left my apartment. The floor lamp I purchase broke in transit. It happens! Sam offered to find a replacement or refund the cost immediately. I absolutely love the purchases I made. The bed, mattress and box spring are beautiful, comfortable and sturdy. The dresser, lamps and night stands are gorgeous. My living room sectional is so cozy and comfortable. I have enjoyed resting and reclining with a throw blanket watching my new TV. The throw rug and cocktail tables I purchased match so well with the sofa and really make my new place feel like home. I love hosting guests. I thought I would be putting this off for a while because I would delay purchasing a dining room set. However, Sam showed me something that really went with the esthetic I was going for in my home. I have a beautiful dining room table with six plush chairs. I have been in my home less than a month and have already hosted several gathering. I HIGHLY recommend this place and will be returning for more purchases in the future! Please ignore my poor video making skills! lol

Mike is unprofessional and childish to txt Mr.Bargains owner to say thanks for bad mouthing him and taking his customers away. Lol If you ask me business is business! Call the manufacturer before you try to order and don't sign anything because they try to charge you a 35% restocking fee, even if they don't have to restock anything because they NEVER had in stock. We called Groen's and it was still under warranty. They ordered the parts from Flexsteel, picked up the sofa, fixed it and brought it back to our home. The parts were covered, all we had to pay was $210.00, that included pick up and return, replacing the parts and the upholstery tech to fit the cloth back perfectly. We paid $1,700.00 for the sofa nearly 5 years ago. Groen's did a GREAT job and steam cleaned the sofa before returning it to us. I'm sure we'll get another 5 years out of this same sofa. We will definitely purchase from Groen's.

And dozens of suitcases of all colors! If you need luggage you will love the variety here. I'm working in the area this week and happened to see this store which is near my hotel. The furniture is very nice and extremely reasonably priced. I found a couple of couches that I would have considered purchasing IF I wasn't 3 hours from home and IF I was driving a truck. There were men's Land's End shoes for $5 a pair. A great deal! In fact everything I saw was a very good deal. I've never seen a store like this before. A fun place to shop! If I lived nearer I would stop in frequently! We definitely don't have a store like this in Carmel where I live. I'll add that everything was well organized and prices were clearly marked. This store is very clean and tidy. I'll definitely stop in whenever I am working in this area.

Everything from name-brand clothing and shoes to patio furniture and bedroom furniture, individual rolls of toilet paper, laundry baskets, washing machines, luggage, margarita mix, mirrors, giant cans of tuna, dog beds, tiki torches and lots more. Last Chance Overstock sells the things that didn't sell at other stores. It's the Island of Misfit Merchandise, if you will. (Will you?) My children had a fun time sitting in all of the chairs and couches around the store. A big portion of the store is dedicated to furniture, and the store-people are 100% OK with you and your children sitting on every couch and lying on every bed. My kids wanted to find the most comfortable couch, and they chose the one with plush corduroy that had cup holders and a USB plug. They wanted to buy it, but we live many miles away, and also, there is no way I'm inviting a couch with cupholders and a USB plug into my home. Get bent, kids. You need to look at the products carefully, because some of the things are a little worse for the wear. But for the most part, most of the items I saw at Last Chance looked perfectly fine. I wouldn't come here to find something specific, because inventory changes frequently, but this is a good place to browse and find a treasure.

This is what Lost Eras(in Rogers Park, and I eventually need to redo my review of that place) would…read moreprobably be like, if it had 2.5 times more space, plus an outdoor area(just off of a left side door past all the TVs) to sell even more stuff(though the most interesting stuff by far is inside). This store was seriously like combining the most interesting retro things you'd find in someone's basement(more like the most interesting items of all the basements you've visited), and displaying them all in a very huge space. All the previous reviews are right-on about this place being great. Looks deceptively small when you first enter, as you only see the main room, a 2nd room just behind that room, and a side room filled with LPs/music/books/etc. at first. But when you go to that second room and realize there are several more rooms behind that door(albeit these rooms aren't air conditioned or heated at all, unlike the main 3 rooms), then you realize how much hidden treasures are here. And this is the ONLY caution I'll give about this place: the bathroom(in the back half of the place that doesn't have a/c or heat) isn't in the greatest shape, so I'd suggest finding one somewhere else if possible, unless you have to go very badly. I believe the staff lets you haggle on prices at least somewhat(but not sure to how much of a degree they allow this), since I overheard someone at the register and a customer appearing to do that before I began exploring the back rooms. Glad I didn't rush my time here, and savored exploring this store. Can't wait to return to this store at some future point. *NOTE: Closed on Sundays*

Lastly don't every shop with them this is a simple issue to fix oh I have the scam extended warranty and you would think you just put it under that to get me out the way but nope I'm stuck with a bed bug mattress. So disgusted and outraged with Ashely.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!…read more I should've remembered the terrible experience this company provided me previously before I made the stupid decision to shop here again. I have been going back and forth with this company for well over two months now since my original purchase of my $900 bed (5/12/2025). The original bed arrived damaged upon delivery (6/3/2025), and I was told by the original agent I spoke with that I'd get a refund. Two days later, I received an email saying the headboard was being replaced; however, the entire bed is damaged and does not fit. It took another two weeks going back and forth until an exchange was issued. On the originally scheduled delivery date (6/13/2025), the drivers showed up two hours early, then canceled the delivery. Finally, on 7/2/2025, the delivery drivers arrived, where they disassembled my original bed, but then (SHOCKINGLY) found the new (exchange bed) was also damaged. I now have a disassembled, damaged, bed in my room, and Ashley had refused to make this right. They do not stand by their products, and if you get a damaged item, good luck, you're just out the money and this company will do NOTHING to help you. ASHLEY IS A SCAM!!!!

At least eleven phone calls later (possibly more; they couldn't remember them all!), many many false promises from employees that the couches were on their way from the warehouse (or being build or on the truck, etc.), my parents were FINALLY informed at the end of November that the couches hadn't even been built yet! The delivery date for the couches has been pushed out at least three times! At this point the couches won't even be done being made until mid December. Apparently these specific couches are very popular! A manager has blamed many of the employees for not knowing how to read the computer. One employee even told them, when asked by my parents for a corporate number, that it "doesn't exist," that there isn't one that they can give out. My father later found one online and was able to reach corporate. My parents were initially only refunded the shipping costs, but have since been told they will be credited more money.

I was told once it came in, I would receive a call to set up my delivery time. Well today I received a call saying they were in the area and wanted to deliver my sofa. I'm at work until 10pm. Then he offered tomorrow, but again, I'm at work till 10pm. He then offered to call me later today to set up delivery time, but I'm at work till 10pm. I personally feel that it would of been a lot easier to set up delivery time before trying to deliver it to my house. 2nd Edit: well since no one took the time to arrange a time for my sofa delivery, I decided to take it upon myself. So I called the store and spoke to a confused man. Then a different man came on the phone and asked if he could call me back later. Weird, but ok. Then the first man came back on to take down my name number. Yesterday they were all about delivering my sofa, now today it doesn't seem to be that big of a deal.
