This is the second medical supply company that I have found that overcharges for subpar customer…read moreservice and product. I am really disappointed in my experience here. I have multiple physical issues requiring medical equipment, and half of what they charge you for and say it's not covered I have actually found that my insurance DOES cover, even if I have to ask some questions and occasionally fight to get the coverage. To me, this is dishonest and slightly misleading. Compared to some of the insurance-recommended places we've used, like Apria and LifeCare Solutions (which has moved out of the area, so there are even fewer choices to choose from when it comes to these device offices), we have had better service and luck with them (although not MUCH better - it's difficult to deal with these companies and their constantly fluctuating prices!). The price point is dizzying - especially when you spend more than half of your income each month on medical related expenses. Like the other company that I used and reviewed, however, I'm not above understanding that sometimes, a place can just have an off day or two. I'll likely also give them another chance or two before making a permanent decision, and I may update my review once I see better customer service and maybe some more reasonable pricing, but as of right now, I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone I know.

They where relaced on May 5, 2025 and she has been having problems starting several weeks later. I looked the cart over last week and one of the 12 Volt batteries was only reading 8.6 volts after being charged overnight. I talked to one of the employees about this and he was challenging me about the accuracy of my DVM ( I have worked in electronics for 60 years). After looking at the batteries I found that when they were installed only one was being charged. I rewired the charging system so both batteries are now being charged. My friend is now having no more problems with her cart. My friend called them today and only got an answering machine.

They informed me that they spoke to someone in a position of authority at Access Medical and were told that their current business is CLOSED and they are CURRENTLY RESTRUCTURING. My advice to anyone reading this is: cut your losses, try to recoup what you can, make it quick and move onto another vendor. As for me, the folks at Access Medical strung me along and lead me on and straight up lied to me for over a year - leading me to believe that they were helping me get a new power wheelchair when they were doing not much of the sort. They even went so far as to fleece me for a $4,800+ co-pay - which I'll be attempting to recoup. I do have to give them props for one thing though - I DID get properly assessed for a new power wheelchair, and I DO have the paperwork from that, which I'll hopefully be able to pass on to a new vendor such that I can finally get the power wheelchair I need. As for the restructuring - I hope God intervenes and it doesn't happen. Neither the owners or executives at Access Medical need to be working with people in vulnerable physical and life circumstances, and they certainly don't need to be in charge of anything important like large amounts of money, high dollar assets, or owning or running an actual business. Their actions and behavior throughout this restructuring process prove that they need to go back to licking boots and stay there for a very long while.

The appointment has been moved twice now. It was rescheduled for today, April 17th 2026 I showed up today at the Murrieta California CCS MTU I waited in an hour. I couldn't get a hold of my technician neither could my physical therapist. I eventually have to leave with still no contact from the main office or my technician. I called again about 20 minutes ago finally getting through to someone just to find out that my technician was furloughed. This was not communicated to me or my physical therapist. Now they do not have a timeline for when i'm expected to get the new chair. Access Medical is a joke if you are a loved one are disabled and need wheelchairs or other pieces of equipment I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT GO WITH THEM

I called Scot at Accurate Alignment simply trying to put together a plan of action. Not being familiar with the whole towing process, Scot's guidance was welcome in getting the car to his shop to move toward repairs. I hadn't looked to Scot's team as being able to also provide other "SERVICES" as their name suggests. With his help we had the car in his shop, and out with a new battery by 4:30 same day! Scot was his usual helpful, professional, friendly self, guiding me along the towing steps from AAA, to one of their towing agents, and on to Accurate Alignment SERVICES for our needed repairs. 1 star. Do not bring your car here…read more I brought myJeep SRT8 in for a valve cover, oil pan, and crank seal job on 5/8. Got it back 5/13, five days for a two-day quote. It was smoking before I even got back to work. Oil dripping onto the headers. Returned it same day, they re-torqued and sent me home. Still smoking. Dropped it back off 5/14 at 3:10PM. Picked up 5/15. Two lights from the shop my transmission started slipping hard in second gear. Turned right back around. Owner Ricky confirmed the slip on a test drive. His first question was whether I'd done aftermarket work to the transmission, trying to make it my fault before we even got back to the shop. Plugged in a scanner, found an old unrelated stored code, erased it, drove it again. His conclusion: "I don't know what to tell you." I pointed out the transmission was perfect at drop-off. He got angry. Said no one drove it, they only idled it. Then offered to pull camera footage as proof. I said let's go watch it right now. He said he had other things to do. This happened in front of my fiancée and two of his own employees. No intake paperwork was made when I returned the car, no mileage logged for the exact period the transmission failed. What I can tell you is the mileage on my car does not support the story they're telling. A certified third-party inspection from the shop literally 150 feet away documented my transmission passing with zero issues the same morning I dropped off. The oil pan job on the 6.1L HEMI also requires physically moving the transmission for access. They did something and when confronted with the proof, they dodged cameras and kicked me out. BAR complaint filed. Small claims next. Update "Response to Ricky, thank you for responding publicly this actually helps me significantly. You identified yourself here as "Business Manager." When I asked you in person for the owner, you said you were in front of witnesses. That is now publicly documented. Regarding the OBD codes : the stored code found was a historical "lost communication with TCM" event. That is not a transmission mechanical failure code. It is entirely unrelated to active gear slipping. Any qualified technician or BAR investigator will confirm those are two completely different things. Regarding the SRT8 being driven aggressively: on the morning of my drop-off, another shop conducted a certified digital multi-point inspection of my vehicle. 31 of 33 systems passed. Transmission was in the green. The only red flags were the exact leaks I hired you to fix. That inspection is timestamped and on record. A performance vehicle with aggressive driving history does not pass a certified inspection hours before drop-off and then suddenly fail two blocks from your shop after picking up You stated the transmission was not touched. The 6.1L HEMI oil pan job requires the transmission to be lowered for access. It does not need to be fully removed to be disturbed. You also claim no evidence exists linking your repairs to the transmission failure. There is also no intake paperwork from my return visit, meaning no mileage baseline exists for the exact period the failure occurred. That absence of documentation benefits only one party, and it is not me. Your building advertises transmission services. You told me to my face you don't diagnose transmissions. Thank You Sir

Our daughter has been riding scooters from American Mobility for many years. She has some physical and developmental disabilities and they have always treated her and us very kindly. They have always been responsive to any issues with the scooter and have come out to look at it when necessary. One time they came out for a supposed problem with the scooter that turned out to be "user error" and they did not charge for the service call. We walked in, gave them my script, talked about the options, were told that the standard machine would be less expensive than the mini due to the hoses, then paid for the machine and they programmed it. Their staff member on duty even made the trip better. He asked where we were staying afterwards we finished up and said we were on his way home and offered to dropped us off. Wish I could give better than a 5* review for them. My wife and I thank you! Highly recommend for any CPAP needs!!!

They then charged me $344 for a simple ear lavage, for which I had to pay $290 out of pocket. I felt slighted, but I paid it. Three months later they have attempted to bill me again for the same treatment that I already paid them for and tried to claim I did not pay them until I presented my credit card statement showing the payment.

We aren't familiar with the area, and my daughter was hysterical and clearly in pain. We walked into the lobby around 6:00 p.m. and stood there for quite a while because the front desk was completely unattended. Eventually, a staff member walked out, seemingly unable to read the room. She stared at us with a glazed-over expression and an odd smile. She asked what was wrong, and I explained that my daughter had injured her hand and needed an X-ray. She responded, verbatim: "He's busy right now but will be out soon." Who is "he"? A doctor? A provider? We had no idea. She then disappeared into the back without having us check in, collect our information, or fill out any paperwork, leaving us standing alone in the empty lobby. After waiting even longer, I called the front desk from my phone, hoping it would prompt someone to come out. The phone rang twice with no answer. I called again, and the same employee answered with, "Hi, how may I help you?" I said, "I'm standing in the lobby. Is anyone going to help us?" There wasn't a single other patient in the waiting room. She finally came back out and asked what insurance we had--which they accepted--but continued moving at an incredibly slow pace. At that point, I asked, "Can you tell me where there's a real urgent care?" We left and went to Scripps instead, where my daughter received prompt, professional care. This was one of the most bizarre and frustrating healthcare experiences I've ever had. If your child has an urgent injury, I would not recommend coming here. Definitely a scam!

I don't have a lot of down time…read more I looked at my VA app for trusted VA community care company and found Medhero I have been running a lot and training my grand daughter who is joining the Marines this summer and my plantar fasciitis came back really bad. I have been limping and fighting through my runs so I decided I have to get this fixed. I called Medhero and they got me in same day was only there about an hour got the steroid needle in my foot in and out. Everyone was so nice and professional and super user friendly. They keep it simple. Thank you MedHero and the doctor who actually was a former Navy Flight Surgeon he was so easy to talk to and minimized the pain of that big needle going into my foot. He is kind, attentive, and extremely good at what he does. I trust him with all my treatment. When he performed my vasectomy he was meticulous and thorough. I followed his instructions and had almost no pain. Two days later I went for a 1.5 mile hike. Based on my experience I would highly recommend North Coast Urology and especially Dr Frasier.

I came here for prolapse concerns after delivering two huge babies. Dr Frasier did a pre-op…read moreprocedures called the Mona Lisa. These were out of pocket procedures but told they would prepare my surgery. Dr Shapiro with another Dr performed what I was told was a successful surgery ( 5 hours w partial hysterectomy). After two months I noticed by body still had the prolapse but in addition I was using the bathroom more at night, sex was painful, and I'd lost a fair amount of strength as not able to lift any weights after my surgery. Bottom line is I was better off not doing anything. Was hopeful and the Drs were friendly but the bottom line was I was worse off than before I went. Dr Shapiro suggested I return to using a pessary which I was before- thx to a nurse at tru-care who suggested I find a gehalte Dr at Scripps. Sadly on Medicare I went to tri-city which is where these drs work from. What could improve? Vote to improve hospital, better communication with drs. as I was never told there was a high percentage or any percentage of not working. Just told not using mesh.
