At 3:00pm, David called and said he would deliver if I was still in need of flex. The girl inside is very helpful and wants to get you what you need immediately. Some of the guys in the yard tell you you have to come back ‍ Price is good compared to the other 3 places we went and these guys are close to home so the drive isn't bad. They also use terrible contractors who do lousy work, plant dead or dying trees and cause other damage when trying to repair something yet they continue to use them. Assume it is a family member or they own the business. Bought my home 5 April, 2024 in Camden Parc Phase III Anna, TX. Took forever to get carpet replaced that they spilled white paint on and two dead trees they finally brought another dead tree and Cooper Phelps said the front tree is my responsibility. I have a one year warranty and complained about the dead trees at the walk thru and ever since Liquid Irrigation came said only back tree dead now in September they admit it is dead also. Utterly ridiculous. Kyle knew all these things and submitted on their warranty web site but neither of these two employees seem to care to get anything done. I have asked to escalate but they will not say who is their boss. Now I will point out all the damages.
