Unfortunately, almost everything after the sale was frustrating. Communication was consistently poor. I repeatedly had to contact the company for updates instead of receiving them proactively. Although Taelyn responded to emails and apologized at times, getting clear answers about scheduling was difficult throughout the project. The biggest issue occurred on my scheduled installation day. I took time off expecting the crew to arrive, but no one showed up or contacted me. I had to call several times before learning the crew was delayed on another project. I was first told they would arrive that afternoon, only to later learn they weren't coming at all. Delays happen, but customers should be informed instead of having to chase updates. Even after the installation was complete, I had to request my final invoice for two days before receiving a payment link. Shortly after paying, I received a request to leave a review. The fence itself deserves five stars. My two-star rating reflects the company's communication and project management. If those had matched the quality of the installation crew, this would have been a completely different review.

He started the work July 6th, 7 weeks late with no proactive communication and continued commitments of "you're up next...next week" when I reached out. After 7 weeks and numerous no-shows and limited or no-communication, I terminated my agreement with Michael. The job was less than half finished when I terminated the agreement and I asked for a suitable refund of my 50% deposit which he did not even acknowledge. In summary...14+ weeks after the initially indicated start date and 7 weeks after the actual start date for a 2 week job, less than 50% was completed so I terminated our agreement.
