Seals on every door in the home do not seal, snow comes in our home. Spoke with Dennis Stantorf, General manager, he is aware his doors are in our home and that there are problems but stated clearly that even though Builders Millwork Supply custom made the doors for our home, unless the contractor requested his company come to the site and identify the problem he is not willing to do warranty work. Rest assured they have proven on every level that even though there is a severe problem with their product they will turn their back on you. From sales person to the office manager to the general manager everybody turns their back on you. Buyer beware!

APPARENTLY padding and inflating an estimate and not communicating with the examiner or myself to resolve the estimate disagreements, before anything is done, tells me if you do not want the estimate, bombard it with as much ridiculous billings so as to sabotage the estimate with the insurance company and then blame the insurance company for the failure to agree and get out of the job without looking bad or get bad reviews. I have verified noncommunicative with all and that is a big red flag. Contractors in Alaska can be flaky, lack intergrity, just not worth having any communication. VERIFIED! L & C Property Maintenance, off Bonanza St, Unit C has been operating w/o a current SOA Business…read moreLicense since 12/31/16 but has current contract with PMSI, to remove snow and lawn maintenance. Apparently PMSI has not recently vetted nor researched their current contracted L&C Property Maintenance business otherwise they'd find that L&C has been out of compliance, and with reckless regard, has kept L & C Property Maintenance despite their shady licensing, customer complaints and even where the snow plow trucks may have damaged, hit & run incidents, damaging personal property and tenant vehicles. As I researched this company, I've found few follow ups and No Reviews, but already met another tenant who had their vehicle damaged by the snow plow truck. Mr Jones told us both that our vehicles are illegally parked, so his 'none' admission was an actual admission, where he blamed us for being hit. I've found no Home Associations by laws that stated we could not park in front of our garages and 'expect' to get hit (& then blamed) by a rogue & reckless driver. PMSI needs to vet their Contractors, I did find a by law from Home Associations that they have insurance for incidents like this & I will be following up with APD. No One Deserves a Hit & Run, regardless of how bad Mr Jones day is going.
