We knew before going we were in for a FANTASTIC treat! I had communicated ahead of time by e-mail, since we came from Florida. The e-mail process was very smooth, there was only one day we could visit, and I arranged to be there on a certain day. When we arrived in Irving TX. they were ready for us! Immediately we were introduced to Mike- Education Coordinator who I had communicated with. He was GREAT-very friendly and approachable. He led us around the first section of the museum, showing us amazing things that we would not be able to see ordinarily. Jena also joined Mike as a guide and they took turns telling us about the Great items we saw. Most museums I have been to, everything is behind glass, as they do not want you touching things. They had us wash our hands ahead of time- we were able to touch and hold things from centuries ago! Some of the highlights were Rita Hayworth's car (engagement gift from Orson Welles in the 40's- married him in 1943), George Washington's calipers from surveying and the 1812 Bible -allowed to touch these things. Able to take pictures- some of them were Movie props-James Bonds suit, Star Trek & Star Wars movie items, we enjoyed the History told to us and could tell they knew the circumstances and use of the items. We were also able to go through the vault which was very interesting. Thanks to Mike and Jena for the outstanding job they did in taking us through the museum. We will never forget it and will remember the visit as a highlight of our trip to the Dallas, Texas area.

After waiting in line at the check-in and going through a metal detector we were directed to a waiting room where a friendly employee explained that there was a mysterious story that you could try to figure out or you could just explore. Then they led us into the room to start exploring at our own pace. It was a really cool experience and full of creatively fun art. It was definitely an out of this world experience. After spending a few hours exploring we briefly visited the souvenir shop. We didn't get anything but they do have a variety of things to purchase. Overall The Real Unreal Meow Wolf is worth a visit if you like hands on experiences with a mysterious story that you can try to figure out while enjoying the creative art work.

Totally underwhelming, unnecessary, and nothing new. Still, we spent 90 minutes, and, to be fair, we wondered if Meow Wolf is like heroin, and fans try to get that "first hit" feeling that will never come. But, to borrow from my Santa Fe review: Meow Wolf is the love child of a Choose Your Own Adventure Picture Book mixed with a carnival funhouse maze, and is to art what food trucks are to food.

It's worth a visit when passing the time away waiting for your flight. There are tables and charging stations. It has an interactive photo booth as well as a digital archive. The Max Headroom skateboard lured me in. One of the giant bottles on display weighs in at 2 tons. I think it's the one from Boliva that has Aztec carvings. I didn't get a picture of it, but I will next time. Check it out if you happen to be in Terminal D.

It's bigger than Manhattan Island. There have been a few times that my gate has changed-at the last minute of course-and I've almost lost my breath shuttling to the opposite side of the airport to board my plane in time. Now I know why! This, however, was the first time my gate was located in Terminal D. Lo and behold, there were even MORE dining options but what instantly caught my eye and held my attention was the "Coca-Cola Around the World Experience." It's a Coca-Cola MUSEUM in DFW airport. I happen to enjoy quirky installations in unexpected places, and this one showcases everything from an interactive photo booth to a curated collection of vintage Coke memorabilia and even a digital archives explorer. Check it out and "Share a Coke!"

Definitely spent hours in here, as there are so many levels, room, activities, etc. Really loved the activities that were super engaging, both for kids and adults. The spots area on the bottom ground floor was super fun and not crowded at all. The price is well worth the visit! perfect place for families, and even just adults (i saw some adult friend groups who were visiting and they looked like they were having so much fun!) Parking is across the street under the highway. it's $15, which is not the best but at least it's a short walk. It was pretty easy finding a spot too.

This place is huge with multiple floors of hands-on and educational exhibits that kept our son moving the whole time. We even booked the soccer exhibit with our general admission tickets and had a lot of fun exploring different soccer challenges and interactive spots at our own pace. Our son especially loved building a Lego arena and creating his mascot at the soccer exhibit. The museum is clean and the staff are friendly. We booked our tickets online which was very quick and easy. We went on a weekday and it wasn't too crowded, which made chasing our little one around much easier. There's a parking garage within walking distance to the museum and you pay before you leave. We had an absolute blast especially our son. If you have an active little one who loves to run around and explore, this is a fantastic spot. Highly recommend - we'll definitely be back the next time we're in Dallas.

You will learn the extreme lengths Michelangelo went to over 4 years to create these paintings. You will see up close the fine detail and will learn where Michelangelo's self portrait is and why he portrays himself this way. Do NOT SKIP the audio device. I bought a VIP package, and the clerk only gave me the option to scan a bar code and listen on my cell. I did not being ear buds so this was a waste to me. Later, as the exhibit got busier, I saw the audio devices, so that was annoying that I wasn't given that option. Finally, the paintings followed a good flow but the informational panels and accompanying audio are numbered and the numbers do not match the flow. The hand held devices could simply scan in. I had to scroll through a website. I also did not like the lighting. While this is a temporary exhibit, the lighting could have been improved. I was not impressed with the exposed extension cords. Each exhibit had a stand alone light fixture, and most of the cord was tucked away. But the plugs were exposed. Finally the light itself was harsh. It looked good on the wall, but was glaring when you needed to read the informational panel. I bought a book for $12 at the end. It essentially shows each panel separately and contains the same information as the wall description. I would have loved to have this in my hand while walking through. Finally, don't miss the video presentations. I do recommend this exhibit. If they would spend a little extra effort, I would make it a high recommend.
