Highway robbery with classic bait and switch, and then non-stop harassment! Felicia quoted me $1075 for my shipment, as seen below. So, I agreed to the price and signed the contract, at which point she now had me held for ransom for seven days. She came back and told me the cost would be $2100, which I said was unacceptable based on her quote. So she then went back to the same driver and reissued a new quote for $1850. Hmmm...same driver. I told her it was unacceptable, and that she needed to keep searching for a driver closer to my budget. She then said there are none, and if I don't accept her outrageous quote I am in breach of contract and she will charge me $200. She said the going rate is $1 per mile, or in this case: $2348, and no driver will get close to $1075. So I asked why in the world she would quote $1075. Her harassment and threats became more intense with an endless barrage of texts and phone calls, to the point I finally had to block her. These scammers think they can quote anything and lock you up with a lowball, then have carte blanc to charge you whatever they want and force you to pay it. The harassing emails continue! Don't be under the illusion that this is a legit shipping company. They are simply a broker working out of a residential area in Texas. They make quotes, find random drivers around the US and get you locked into a contract. Our pickup was scheduled for Wednesday and we didn't hear anything from the driver that day. After numerous calls and emails, they claimed the driver wasn't responding to their messages. It took 4 more days to find a new driver. Once the new driver was locked in, the price went up $200. The actual shipping process with the driver was good, and the car showed up in good condition. Overall I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. as a car hauler we were in an unserved area. The listing had been up for over a month and a half- I knew I would be in the area on Tuesday, so I started calling and texting on Saturday. The line was busy. The second line had a voicemail that was full and texts went unanswered. When my dispatcher and I finally got a hold of someone they sent it to the assigned agent, which is who I had been trying to get a hold of for three days, they said they couldn't get a hold of the assigned agent they couldn't get a hold of the manager and no one was available to assign the load. if you call the phone number, they would text and say please text, but then when you texted they wouldn't answer or we got the runaround about not being able to get a hold of the manager or the agent. These people are thieves. They're extremely pushy and annoying. They will tell you one thing and then do a bait and switch on price and date. Then they will taint the market by letting other drivers not work with you. read more

My Yelp review is about being harassed both by phone and by text because someone was looking for services from American international logistics and either gave the wrong phone number or the information was recorded incorrectly. I have been receiving phone calls and texts for that person for one week as of today. American international logistics is the only one out of the 11 companies that have been calling and texting me that is still texting me. I have contacted them and responded with the fact that they have the wrong number, but this particular company has not stopped. read more

This company dispatched a load to us, that was supposed to be picked up on the 19th. They started calling us at 7am and called us 38 times! Our office don't open till 10am, and clearly shows on our profile office hours 10am-6pm. Once we got into our office, our dispatcher called the customer and the customer just went off on us. we told them the car would be picked up sometimes today. This guy kept calling us all day and started making threats to us for not paying and talking abusive language. We still sent out driver to pick up the car. This customer called us again and told us don't come to pick up the car, he is not going to pay for it or release it. horrible experience. did not fulfill quoted price. went 24+ hours not responding to text or phone calls. i was told the person texting me was in the hospital for one day. sad state that only one person could respond. first driver backed out. 2nd driver had an issue with the truck (so i was told). the 3rd, yes 3rd driver told me he was busy doing something else and hung up on me. finally got my vehicle a day after it was supposed to arrive because the 3rd driver also had an issue with his vehicle after picking up my vehicle from the dealership. iwhen i say a horrible experience, i am not exaggerating. i do not recommend this company to anyone. they are utterly unprofessional. i am one disgusted and unhappy with this company. read more
