He was so honest that he actually recommended cheaper alternatives that didn't even involve his own shop. You don't see that very often. I get why they have so many 5-star reviews. Based on the service, the transparency, and how clearly he was looking out for me instead of just trying to make a sale, I'd highly recommend Dent Works to anyone.

Fast Tow called us to ask a few questions, assessing the situation to determine what type of tow truck would be needed. This was during the cold snap so temps were in the teens and the wind made it feel even colder. Rodney arrived on time, he quickly used a charge box to start the car and drove it on to the flat bed. In less than 5 minutes we were on the way. The shop was less than 2 miles away it was the quickest trip, and using the AAA there was no charge. Rodney was all business, friendly, informative and thorough. I appreciated his professionalism. After AAA assigned this company I read the reviews that made me nervous. Thankfully I can say we had none of those negative experiences and would recommend their services.

Took it home, put the spare on, drove the tire to Mo @ Kings Customs. I asked if it can be safely repaired. They said by either methos, patch or plug. Plug is more labor, but I asked for a patch. Less than 20 minutes I was back on the road, tire repaired, good for another 50k miles. I told my son long ago to always trust Kings Customs, never bother with Discount Tire. Castro's gave us the total fee during our phone call. They took only 45 minutes to arrive after we called. In comparison, after 4.5 hours on two different holds with GEICO, GEICO had not acquired a tow truck for us. GEICO's towing service is a waste of your time and your money. Meanwhile, Castro's was careful with the front apron on my daughter's SUV, so that it was not scraped as her SUV was towed onto the tilt-bed. They got us to our auto body shop quickly and didn't charge us until the car was delivered. I will call Castro's FIRST the next time I need a tow in Tarrant County.

I was looking for a towing company in my area that provided auto lockout services and came across this firm. The dispatcher was really patient, even though I was definitely flustered and ashamed about the scenario. Technician was quick to come and had my car unlocked in a matter of minutes without hurting anything. He was friendly and professional and didn't make me feel stupid for the mistake. The best part is he checked to make sure everything worked perfectly before he left. I've since utilized them once for fuel delivery when I ran out of gas on a long drive. Same good service both times. They care about assisting others not just about getting the job done. There are not many roadside assistance companies you can depend on for services like auto towing, lockouts, battery service and fuel delivery. I have contacted their response times have been fantastic every time. They have shown themselves more than once and I have already saved their number in my phone. That peace of mind makes a tremendous difference when dealing with unforeseen vehicle troubles.
