I was shown one pair of compression socks as my healing left foot was still a bit tender and swollen. They have a little room to wait in. I decided to just buy one pair since $58+ seemed a bit steep on price for me plus they pair they had was actually a men's socks and looked like what little old ladies wear...ahem... I am a short old lady for sure... one flight is 12+ hours so hopefully it will help. The lady at the counter and the lady who helped me were both nice and friendly.

I told her I didn't know it was a national company and i was grateful for her reaching out because I thought that the woman I spoke with before (Emmaline) was one of the highest ranked employees, so I thought there was nothing else i could do about my situation. I talked about my conversation with Emmaline, Olivia was super open and patient. I also let her know that ALL of the conversations I had with the other workers all went well and the service was great all in all, just the way that Emmaline handled my situation was super unprofessional. Olivia reassured me that she had found where the fault was and took care of my situation with no hesitation. I'm so grateful to Olivia and I apologized for my part, she was so understanding and reassuring. i just wanted to give her a big hug because after knowing it's a bigger company and knowing the woman I spoke with previously wasn't at the top of it all, made me feel much better about the company because I know that the company is in better hands than what I dealt with.
