I previously had our water tested by an independent lab and, even though Grant did not know about these lab results, everything he said lined up with the lab results I had. I appreciate the honesty in something that seems like it can sometimes be a shady business. Mike came out for the install. I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. We have been using them for salt deliveries, which have been on time and reliable. Water Boy feels like a very wholesome and positive family company, which I very much prefer over some faceless corporation with cheesy sales people.

Please trust me when I say to stay with the smaller shops who do a good job at a reasonable price, like McIntyre's Soft Water Service or Wolverine Water Treatment. They've both been around for 40 years with the original owners still working there. They will take their time, not be in a hurry, and explain everything to you. Beauchamps installation people are untrustworthy, sloppy, do a poor job, and leave the house a mess. The sale person said they have 'master plumbers'. The installation person laughed when I mentioned that to him. He said he wish he was a master plumber. Beauchamps has to hire pretty much anywho they can get to get the job done as quickly as they can and hope customer standards are low. They will always be rushed, in a hurry, and learning as they go. They have NO pride in their work. For that, your installation will be sloppy and compromised ! Sales talk a good a talk but you don't see the full picture until installation shows up. Then it's too late. Goto any location and see if you like what you see. The people you will have to deal with when something goes wrong. Think about it and don't be in a hurry to buy. It's a big investment. Don't go for the modern store look as it's all show. Go for those that are honest and will be there for you when something goes wrong. I called Advanced Water Treatment at the end of March, 2026 to have our water softner system serviced. When I spoke to the lady at Advanced Water Treatment, she asked me if I would send photos of the Unit in my home so they could make sure that the Tech could have the parts to fix the unit on arrival. I sent photos, per Advanced Water Treatmenet on Friday, 3/27/2026 . My appointment was not scheduled until the upcoming Tuesday. The Tech shows up on Tuesday, 3/31/2026. I let him in the home and let him know that the Piston was stuck on our specific Unit which was the problem, ( Which he did confirm that was in fact the issue). The Tech then tells me that Advanced Water Treatment doen not even carry those parts! The issue I have with this company is they knew that they were not able to Fix my Unit because they don't carry the parts for the Unit I have but are still charging customers a service fee! Not one person from the Company called or text me to inform me that they didn't have the parts so I could've had parts here for them to install since they don't carry them ( Which was the whole reason I sent them Photos of my Unit in the first place) I have requested Multiple times for a refund which has been denied by the Owner , Brad! This Company is Scamming people out of their hard earned Money just to make a BUCK!

They have morning Saturday hours so I went to pick up and buy the salt on Saturday. The person I interacted with was polite and professional. I will update this if I do business with them again. I appreciate the availability of the Duracube "Iron out" salt on a Saturday morning for pick up. (A lot of other places around AA do not have Saturday hours, and it is hard to get to them before they close during the normal work week).
