Our house is over 100 years old so we ran into a few snafus, like an uneven floor, bracketing issues attaching the dishwasher to the counter, and hose fittings but he handled it all smoothly, checking with me before making any decisions we might not have been comfortable with (e.g., screws in our counter interfered with bracketing the dishwasher exactly in the center of the space we had wanted so we had to shift a little to the left). He also reused some materials I had left over from a DIY project I had done to level the washer, saving us some money on additional materials. We also ran the dishwasher before he left and identified one of the hoses was a little too loose, causing a slight drip, so he made sure everything was tight and secure before wrapping the job. The dishwasher has been running great! The price was really reasonable and Jose was very kind and accommodating. I would definitely feel very comfortable calling him again for future jobs!

On July 15, I texted Justin to let him know a shutter had come off the house, and another was close to falling off. It is now Sept. 6 and after multiple texts and several promises to return, he has not been back and has stopped responding to my messages. The second shutter did come off, as well as a third. Please do not hire Justin/Knuckle Busters. I feel bad writing a review like this, but I am not sure what else to do at this point. He finished the job 2 hours ahead of schedule. Then I asked him to adjust a pipe so that the waste line was facing a different direction. "You should have told me that before I started" was the answer. It's unbelievable I would never say that to someone if I was working on their house. As a guest in someone's house and a business owner I'm surprised that this type of behavior can be acceptable from an employee.
