Louis and crew worked 12+ hours the first day and finished in 5 hours 2 days later. Beautiful work, professional, friendly crew. Prompt acquisition of materials from out of state so scheduling was quick. Cost was same as estimate. Minor problem with discoloration on two shingles and new worker replaced them a couple weeks later without a hitch. Sales rep always answered phone when questions arose, though e-mailing was variable. Be sure to request wood platform under dumpster if placed on your drive since this is not a given. Follow up to be sure all parties (project manager, sales rep, work crew) are on the same page with specific plans (e.g., shed work). Another request I would make, for safety, is to not have workers on roof for a good hour + after pitch dark, esp. since they had to come back to finish anyway. Overall very happy. Hope these Class 4 shingles measure up to their promise. Thank you, Silver Leaf!

This caused a carbon monoxide leak in our house for over a month before it was detected by HVAC professionals. Rather than work with us on resolving the issue, they immediately told us they could not fix the problem, could not help put money towards a solution, and were unwilling to compromise in writing with aid towards fixing the problem. The mistake cost us as homeowners close to $10,000 and they are claiming they are not responsible for the damage they did during construction.

I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

A few weeks ago I asked for recommendations for a roofing company in a local group. Corey Kanis…read morefrom Landmark Roofing reached out to me. We had him come out and give us an estimate. Of the 5 estimates from different companies we were most impressed with Corey. His estimate was also the best. He and his wife run their company out of their home so the overhead isn't as high as with other companies. Corey was very professional and conscience and one of the things that really impressed us was that he had his own crew. Some of the others hired subcontractors which is ok but we just felt more confident with someone with their own crew. Some of Corey's crew were Amish workers who have such a good reputation as being hard workers. Our roof was put on Thursday and we are so happy with the job they did. The roof looks beautiful and they hauled away every piece of debris and then went over the area with a big magnet to make sure there were no loose nails. You couldn't tell anyone had been here except for the new roof. And because it was supposed to rain later Corey picked up 2 more crew members to make sure they finished in one day before the rain came that evening. I HIGHLY recommend Landmark for any roofing needs if any of our friends or family are looking at putting on a new roof.

The company is owned by Cash and Gina Naftzger and is by far the best company we have ever dealt with when it comes to home repairs and remodeling. The most recent project was a complete new roof installed on our house, additional insulation in the attic, new hangers for all gutters on the house, repair of the concrete on the chimney and some other repairs. As has been the case in the past, the work was exceptional. It was performed on-time, within budget and with great care to insure all work was of the highest quality. Great care was also taken to make sure all areas of our house as well as the surrounding shrubbery and grounds were protected during the construction. When the project was completed, all areas were cleaned in a very professional manner. Cash and Gina are absolutely the best professionals we have ever dealt with when it comes to home repairs and remodeling. They are honest, straight forward and truly care that the homeowner is pleased with the work their company has performed. We intend to work exclusively with Cash and Gina in any home repair and remodeling projects we have in the future and would highly recommend Landmark Construction to anyone who has need for these services. You will be pleased with your decision if you contract with Landmark Construction.

Never again! If you're looking for a contractor that leaves a mess behind after they're supposedly…read morefinished then this is the company for you! After soaking us for $4600.00 they performed a so called exterior house wash and afterwards the house was covered with a disgusting white residue that wasn't there before they started! A week later they showed up again to I guess finish the job which was supposed to include re staining the East and South side of the house which is what I requested. They only finished partial sections of each side as they didn't think the other sections needed re coating. What they fail realize is that I'm the paying customer which makes me the boss of what I want done to my own house! The solution for the disgusting white residue left behind earlier was that they were going to try and power wash the outside of the house and foundation. I have riverbed stone in my landscaping around the house and when they blasted the foundation stone the riverbed stone was blown out and away from the house and onto my side and yard! Also, the dirt underneath the stones was blown up onto the freshly stained wall that they had just finished! Now as the home owner once I arrived home from work and saw the mess that they had left behind I thought for sure that there was no way that they were finished. I called into their office the next day to find out what was happening and was informed that they were completed! The receptionist connected me with the owner and I found him to be uneasy to deal with as once I informed him of what I was concerned about he informed me that those were minor issues. That left a very bad taste in my mouth to the point where I didn't want them ever coming back to my home and my wife and I would clean up their mess. Beware of a company that isn't a member of the BBB and only has nothing but five star positive reviews as no company is always perfect with everyone!
