TEC Exteriors replaced our gutters and spouting last week. They did a FANTASTIC job! They arrived…read morepromptly and got right to work pulling down the old spouting, then started on the new gutters. The original spouting was not pitched correctly, and they fixed all that with the new. We have a mansard roof around the house, so there were 2 sets of gutters. They installed 6" gutters and larger downspouts to carry the rain volume. We are very happy with the work! Also, they "left no trace" when they were finished. Cleaned up everything. Tim was there in the morning when they got started, and he stopped at the house later that day to make sure everything was good. Another bonus - Tim Cugini is my new best friend. With his work history he knows a lot of good local contractors. We have a 1926 home and it always needs a little something. Good to know I can get reliable contractor referrals from Tim. We have concrete damage due to the old spouting failures, and he's helping me get that work done too. Oh one more thing ... Initially, we had a minor leak but Miller responded with professional and courteous speed. The gutters were especially neat as they have a sleek and seamless linear appearance and includes a full 5-inch opening. They also installed a stainless steel perforated top to screen debris. Louis and crew worked 12+ hours the first day and finished in 5 hours 2 days later. Beautiful work, professional, friendly crew. Prompt acquisition of materials from out of state so scheduling was quick. Cost was same as estimate. Minor problem with discoloration on two shingles and new worker replaced them a couple weeks later without a hitch. Sales rep always answered phone when questions arose, though e-mailing was variable. Be sure to request wood platform under dumpster if placed on your drive since this is not a given. Follow up to be sure all parties (project manager, sales rep, work crew) are on the same page with specific plans (e.g., shed work). Another request I would make, for safety, is to not have workers on roof for a good hour + after pitch dark, esp. since they had to come back to finish anyway. Overall very happy. Poor communication on the…read moresalesman's part, poor workmanship on the installers part, no respect for the newly installed landscaping by the young "boys" doing the work. The wrong size J channel used to install shake siding on the gable ends (thus making them pop out of the J channel with extreme temperature change). They made one attempt to correct when the project was completed, but whatever they did, it did not work. After a few months the repair failed again. This time I called the  Account Mgr. Nelson Kline who said they would take care of the problem, however, after (8+) months and (4) other attempts to communicate with him on when and how the repair would be handled, he stopped replying nor would he return my call.

I started having problems with back door last winter, 2019, and tried my best to keep up with it, but it never worked for very long. Finally, decided to call them last month, July 2020. There was a question about a warranty. However, last week, I received a call saying they were "in the neighborhood and just noticed that my address, which was close to where they were, was on their list". They wanted to know if I was available now and I told them terrific, yes, come over! I asked if they wore masks and was told yes. They were here within 15 mins., did a wonderful job repairing the problem and even assisted by doing something a little extra; no charge. The two gentlemen were very pleasant and I would recommend them very highly.
