Weddings. Ugh. (this is my personal opinion...don't hate me.)…read more You go into them thinking the worst, but then once in awhile you are pleasantly surprised. This is just what happened to me on Saturday night. Flaming cherries jubilee, a sweets bar with white and dark chocolate fountains which turned into a tater tot bar late night, live band and...the photo booth. I love these. Don't know why...but this one in particular. Todd (yes we are now on a first name basis after I sweet talked him into turning his computer back on at the end of the night so we could get one last picture) was awesome. Why? He had staches on sticks. My fav. And I may or may not have taken one around that night to mess with others. Anyways that isn't the only reason why...obviously. Black and white or color pics are your choices. Hats. Glasses. Props of all sorts at your disposal. His booth took up minimal space which is an FYI to anyone with a small venue space. He is super friendly and a great guy. And you have a take away photo strip, or 2 depending if you donate the other to the Wedding Album on Redic Photos...because lets be honest as people drink they get crazier and crazier! Booking Cleveland Photo Group for my wedding continues to be my biggest regret. More details on why…read morebefore, but first, just google "raw vs. jpeg wedding" and know that they shoot in jpeg. Our ceremony was outdoors and we took family shots in the same location immediately after. They are all unusable. I tried to work with Cleveland Photo Group on edits and they couldn't deliver anything better. I finally realized I needed to hire someone else, but because the photos were shot in jpeg, they cannot be saved. I've consulted with several other photographers and editors at this point, and they've all been in agreement that the photos were shot incorrectly and can't be saved due to shooting in jpeg. Communication with Cleveland Photo Group was poor leading up to the wedding and after the fact with getting photos. Several people remarked to me how rushed the photographer felt during the day, and it shows in the photos. Many key moments and styles we had specifically asked for in advance were completely missed. We had to remind them to take individual photos of us, and he specifically had me leave my bouquet out of the pictures. He rushed me when getting changed to get a photo of my mom buttoning my dress, only to take a photo with my bra showing and only my mom's hands - no indication it is even her. Our "first look" can't even be recognized as a first look. Thankfully, we did get a couple nice photos. But, certainly not what we paid for and we didn't get many things I would expect from a reputable professional wedding photographer, such as tips on posing to look good or fixing my train in a single shot so that is shows nicely. I completely get that can't happen every picture, but the photographer was aware that I was wearing my deceased grandmother's dress and having a picture of it was very important, and he failed to deliver. As mentioned above, we chose our ceremony for the backdrop, with sky and lake, and it looks like a blank white screen in every photo. When we tried to work with them to fix it, we literally got the response "white girl in a white dress" was hard with the background. Though the team originally came off as kind and personable, I felt ignored and belittled in my dealings with the photographer leading up to and after the wedding. The main photographer grew more condescending as time when on, clearly putting no effort into shots he seemed to feel were beneath him, such as the first look and our table dash. So many key moments from a once-in-a-lifetime day were missed, and their team hasn't taken any accountability. If you're looking for anything other than a half-hearted, rushed capturing of your day that will leave you with regret, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I would not recommend C-Town Entertainment to anyone! We booked our October 2020 wedding with…read moreC-Town back in February 2020 (before the COVID-19 pandemic started). Since then, my fiancé and I made the extremely difficult decision to postpone our wedding to October 2021 for the health of our family, friends, AND vendors. When we made our decision, the Governor of Ohio had restricted wedding sizes and there were many unclear rules about dance floors, mingling, etc. When I reached out to each of our vendors, Shaughn at C-Town was the ONLY vendor that insisted on a second deposit to postpone. At this time, we were actually paid in full for our wedding and he still insisted on an additional $599.70. Their contract is extremely vague and does not address postponements, only cancellations. They claimed that this situation did not fall under their "Misc. Causes for Cancellation" section of their contract (i.e. accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond their control) and they insisted that I chose to postpone but in all actuality, the local government had basically made the decision for us. So not only has Shaughn and C-Town Entertainment made part of our wedding planning completely miserable, but he's made nearly $600 off of us for doing absolutely nothing other than being completely insensitive to our situation and clueless as to what is going on in the world around him. Definitely do NOT recommend this company!

There is really only one word to describe these guys, amazing! We would 100% hire them again (and…read moreagain and again). Do yourself a favor and hire them. Let me add the caveat that we do not know the band personally so this isn't a review from someone's family member. We learned about them when looking at bands online. Here are some specifics. The Cleveland Keys: * Showed up several hours early to get set up to make sure there weren't issues (helpful on stressful wedding days) * Were friendly, courteous, etc the whole time * Got a whole group of older guests (70+) onto the dance floor (no easy feat) * Took open requests for songs - this is pretty amazing as how many bands can play anything * Allowed several drunken guests to attempt to sing (and helped them along with vocals) * Gladly let a guest play guitar with them (the guest was good at guitar but still most bands would be annoyed having a guest join in) We requested a song they didn't know and they learned it on their break and played it after - it sounded great. We didn't hear anything but positive comments from guests. What more can you ask for. On a scale of 1 to 10 these guys were an 11. Hire them.
