YOU WILL NEVER GET CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS GOOD EVER IN YOUR LIFE!!!!!!
So the DJ I originally hired to DJ my wedding had to cancel about a month and a half ago due a family emergency out of state. He recommended a company based out of Columbus Ohio, but they were out of my budget, so our wedding planner pointed us over to Ohio DJ Pros. I met with the owner who lives up Cleveland. when it came time to meet, Ryan aka DJ S.I.N. he met my fiancee and I with a packet that contained questions to ask entertainment companies when booking a DJ service. He was not pushy, and really seemed like he just wanted to help us choose a good company, even though he was already booked with another client for the night our wedding. My wife and I really liked how he handheld himself and called him later that evening to book our big day with them. The total cost.....$2,132.00. I had sticker shock at first, but after doing some research with other companies and factoring in the time, video, lighting and emcee work that we wanted, realized that they were inexpensive. These guys were actually cutting me a huge break. Although I couldn't have S.I.N. himself DJ our event due to his schedule, he still showed up to the hall on our wedding day to oversee that all of the equipment was properly set, and to go over final timeline adjustments with our wedding planner. He even brought my wife and I a gift. The DJ was on point, and I have never seen lights and lasers like these guys had at a wedding, it was nothing short of amazing. They showed up, and exceeded what they were supposed to do. You can tell that these people are passionate about what they do, and that Ryan means business when it comes to taking care of his customers. They were all very nice, explained everything in detail, and custom built our tracks specifically to what songs we wanted, and dint want to hear. My CEO was so impressed by them, that he booked our 2014 company picnic with S.I.N. I'm really looking forward to watching this guy DJ
My only complaints are that Ryan was already booked for the night of our wedding, has a ridiculous waiting list. So if you want him to be the one DJ'ing book early. Also, that if he was available, it would have cost me over $3,000.00 to have him do the wedding himself.
My my conclusion is that they are worth it, they saved us a ton of headaches, and took care of everything. My wife and I had time to focus on our wedding day, and got to handle more important things. Cheers! read more
