How cool is that!! I told her that even if we are not going to have our usual New Years Eve party, I still had to go visit and give them some business. We actually had a nice talk with her. We learned that her name is Mary and she's owned that store for the last 14 years. Of course because of the pandemic things have been very slow. They wouldn't let me blow up a balloon that I previously purchased elsewhere at their location, even though two weeks prior they told me that that is what I would have to do. In addition, we wanted to purchase balloons from them and have them blown up and they refuse service. When I questioned one of the employees working register, she raised her voice and started shaking out of anger towards me. I stared at her with a confused look and she talk back to me and I let her know that she was talking was inappropriate and I walked out. I will not be returning to this location and truly hope management gets a hold of their employees.

Khory was a great help to us in getting a tent set up for our rehearsal dinner…read more Our situation was a little unusual, as we were essentially having a rooftop party, with a tent needed for the third-floor mezzanine of our apartment building. While we were aware that the conditions and holiday weekend would factor into the cost, we weren't quite prepared to handle a cost that surpassed that of the catering and bar just for the tent (as given by another company). ABC, on the other hand, provided an excellent and workable quote, and Khory expressed excitement for the opportunity to try something new after surveying the site. On the day of, Jordan and his three-man team worked very efficiently, having a 30x30-foot tent set up in less than an hour. They offered some very creative additions, including tent lights, but due to cost, we had to decline. It did, however, show that they were very involved with the work and making things the best they could be. Unfortunately, the weather forced us inside and prevented us from actually using the tent during the event. However, it was impressive to see that their structural engineering held up to the high wind speeds, and the tent was unmoved. Ultimately, as the weather calmed down, our guests still congregated under the tent to get some air. The next morning, Jordan and his guys arrived promptly and took down the tent in even less time. These guys are consummate professionals, and perform at a great price. Use them for your next event!

This review is about DJ Judy Chevrolet and the broker (CLE Music Group)…read more Thank goodness that my cousin recommeded CLE music group to me, or else we would never have found DJ Judy Chevrolet for our wedding. They also did the uplighting for our room, which made the place come to life. Our wedding was at Landerhaven When going through the profile choices, it was so obvious, from first glance that Judy Chevrolet was the perfect choice. AND SHE WAS. Judy exudes a command over her work, one that a client could rest their faith in. She is not pushy, not stressed out, and can be seamlessly flexible in the moment. Elegant woman too. Vibes well with people Her experience showed. Somehow, the folks who I never thought would be on the dance floor danced, people danced the whole night. She correctly and smartly put the right songs in a the right times. The vibe stayed alive. Seriously folks, this night was like magic. My wedding is the best day of my life. This brokerage is easy to deal with, offering something for everyone, not over the top pricey either. My cousin used them at his Landerhaven wedding, as well. Thank you Rick and Veronica
