Our ceremony was outdoors and we took family shots in the same location immediately after. They are all unusable. I tried to work with Cleveland Photo Group on edits and they couldn't deliver anything better. I finally realized I needed to hire someone else, but because the photos were shot in jpeg, they cannot be saved. I've consulted with several other photographers and editors at this point, and they've all been in agreement that the photos were shot incorrectly and can't be saved due to shooting in jpeg. Communication with Cleveland Photo Group was poor leading up to the wedding and after the fact with getting photos. Several people remarked to me how rushed the photographer felt during the day, and it shows in the photos. Many key moments and styles we had specifically asked for in advance were completely missed. We had to remind them to take individual photos of us, and he specifically had me leave my bouquet out of the pictures. He rushed me when getting changed to get a photo of my mom buttoning my dress, only to take a photo with my bra showing and only my mom's hands - no indication it is even her. Our "first look" can't even be recognized as a first look. Thankfully, we did get a couple nice photos. But, certainly not what we paid for and we didn't get many things I would expect from a reputable professional wedding photographer, such as tips on posing to look good or fixing my train in a single shot so that is shows nicely. I completely get that can't happen every picture, but the photographer was aware that I was wearing my deceased grandmother's dress and having a picture of it was very important, and he failed to deliver. As mentioned above, we chose our ceremony for the backdrop, with sky and lake, and it looks like a blank white screen in every photo. When we tried to work with them to fix it, we literally got the response "white girl in a white dress" was hard with the background. Though the team originally came off as kind and personable, I felt ignored and belittled in my dealings with the photographer leading up to and after the wedding. The main photographer grew more condescending as time when on, clearly putting no effort into shots he seemed to feel were beneath him, such as the first look and our table dash. So many key moments from a once-in-a-lifetime day were missed, and their team hasn't taken any accountability. If you're looking for anything other than a half-hearted, rushed capturing of your day that will leave you with regret, I suggest you look elsewhere.

We were hanging out in the bathroom at the venue to fix my brides hair before the grand entrance. Our photographer (who just happened to be our friend of 2 decades) came in to see what we were upto and was apparently told that grand entrance starts at 6. Well we didn't want to wait an hour so we asked her to ask the DJ if he would bump it to 5:30..his reaction???I run the show! And they ended up in a heating discussion in the reception hall because of his unkind words. She comes back to us told us what he said...we all chose to let it go...my bride and I step outside and he proceeds to come out after us and tell us again "I run this show!" "Your photographer has bad attitude!" Excuse me??We paid you to DJ not for your bad attitude and not for your schedule. Nothing else was to be earlier but the entrance. It was a slap in the face..we didn't pay all that money to be lectured by this guy! We didn't care how long he had been DJing either. Outrageously horrible experience he shoulda dropped it and he didn't. Had it not been my wedding day I would have told him off! His performance was subpar we asked him to play two full songs for the entrance and he cut the first one to the beginning of it and then onto the 2nd that's not what we wanted..his ego was way too big he should retire!

We appreciated him taking time getting to know us and going through each detail of the event very thoroughly. Deric gave us good suggestions for our wedding timeline and music selections. The DJ ultimately really sets the vibe for the whole wedding, and I can say we DEFINITELY had a party! He did a great job keeping the dance floor packed the entire night! The photo booth that came in our package was a BIG hit! GREAT PROPS! They even made us a guestbook that was signed by our guests with all the picture slides that were taken in the photobooth throughout the night. We will have these memories forever!
