I asked a local company in Fredericksburg if they would know if my insurance should pay for damage to my roof. I was told they didn't and I would need to get with my insurance on that. Well insurance had already denied me. Another company from out of town wanted to charge me $100,000 for a roof. I was about to give up when Liberty from HCPR left his card at my door. I almost didn't call because I was tired of dealing with roofing companies. That call changed everything. Liberty came out with one of the owners ,Tom. They looked at my roof and said they didn't understand why insurance didn't pay the claim. They fought for me to get the insurance to overturn their decision and they succeeded. They were able to get the insurance to pay for an entire new metal roof. I had a regular metal roof, but HCPR upgraded me to a standing seam roof which is one of the better roofs that is out there and is made to last. I had already completely given up, but they gave me hope. They truly care about people and only want to help. These guys are very knowledgeable and they know exactly what they're doing. They are honest and truthful with everything they tell you. I do not recommend anyone else if you're looking to get your roof replaced. This company is completely unique and no other roofing company compares to them or even comes close to their exceptional service and work. One of the other owners Marcus was around when the roof was getting installed and he went above and beyond to fix my side gate that was not latching properly. A major issue was completely missed during their first trip out here, and they refuse to explain why it wasn't caught initially or why they are suddenly claiming it isn't covered under my warranty. To make matters worse, getting a straight answer about pricing is impossible. They failed to communicate their new estimate, and when they finally sent it, it was a confusing mess. It doesn't explain what the actual problem is, what work they plan to do, and provides zero breakdown of the costs. I have been asking to speak with a manager for over a week to get these issues sorted out, and I have been completely ignored. No callbacks, no explanations, no accountability. I was told I was booked, received a text telling me to book, called to verify and was assured I was booked, and only on the fourth booking attempt did I finally receive a proper confirmation text and call. 2. Unauthorized Property Access: * The first team dispatched arrived without ever contacting me. They accessed my roof without permission and failed to ring the doorbell or knock. I was home at the time and had explicitly requested through scheduling to be phoned, texted, or have my doorbell rung. 3. Unprofessional Behavior & Disputed Work/Charges: * The most recent team dispatched was highly unprofessional; one member was actively rude and refused to speak to me. * This team simply guessed at the root cause of the issue and is now attempting to charge me for repairs that a previous team formally stated they had already completed. * Because of this contradiction, I now seriously question whether the initial sealing/repair work was ever actually performed.

I can't speak for there work quality but 1 star for there customer service responses on yelp. *Update* - the owner did reach out and sincerely apologize for the response and personally came out and spoke with me and quoted me on my roofing situation. I cannot say any bad about the effort that was put forward to rectify is initial problem. Quote was very well put together and he explained everything very well. Overall, I have raised my initial 1 star review to a 4 star for the effort he put into to make things right and to correct this issue from happening to future customers.

They stayed in touch throughout the entire process. They were able to do repairs to my windows and took my solar panels down and reinstalled them. I had damage to the ceiling in my master bath.
