I found one I liked that fit quite well and she told me to sit tight while she went to the back and hemmed the pant cuffs. She then pressed the suit and the shirt I bought and found a coupon for the shoes I was buying. Her staff then helped me find a tie and belt on sale and within 40 minutes I was on my way with an entire funeral appropriate ensemble. In fact, they will return, package, and ship the items back. You will have to take your item to the customer service desk in the back right of the store. Amazon sends you an email when you process your return and you have the option to print the information or have the Kohl's employee scan a barcode from your phone. I hadn't been in Kohl's in a while and store was organized beautifully and the employees were friendly and helpful. So, Kohl's will definitely benefit from the extra foot traffic. When the return transaction was complete. The employee gave me a Kohl's coupon for 25% off that expires within 7 days. Since I had to walk through the store to leave, I was tempted to purchase something. That's a good partnership.
