I was furious! I get mistakes happen, but darn it!! I just hung up with Justin the Sales Manager (after getting bounced to two other departments) who sounded like he was 17 years old, had marbles in his mouth and a sinus infection as well. I explained what happened and he asked me to bring them back. I again stated I was 2 hours away from his store and an hour to the nearest Macys from my home. After a number of "ummms" he offered 25 Macys bucks for his store and that was the best he could do. I had not realized that the baking sheet was on sale for only $5, so then I grabbed a second one to buy. Multiple cash registers throughout the store were open. I had to wait in line for a couple of minutes. My cashier spoke to me nicely, and he accurately rang up my purchase.
