The woman, Maria, ignored emails, said she never got them, didn't return calls, confused us for someone else, and gave several excuses why she wasn't fulfilling her obligations. In fact, a lady on the phone saw me and did not even acknowledge my presence. I should have left right then and there but I wanted to look around. After being in the place for about 5 minutes someone finally asked if I was interested in seeing anything but she seemed a little annoyed. There was one case of jewelry I thought was very nice and stood out, the rest of the stuff was OK at best and the merchandising left a lot to be desired. Finally I had her show me a pair of black and white diamond chandelier earrings that were absolutely gorgeous (and about $2500) she took them out of the case and didn't say anything, she could have had some enthusiasm for her product, told me about the designer, how they would make a great present from my husband etc. Nope and because she didn't tell me anything this meant I had to look at the price tag myself while she stood there.
