When one of the items couldn't be found on the sales floor he excused himself for a trip to the storage room and returned with the sizes and colors we had requested. After ringing up the purchase, he found gift boxes and went to the trouble to neatly put the items into the gift boxes for us. This was very nice, as in years past at Casual Male XL boxes were either not available or they were given flat for us to complete on our own. It is still a bit pricey, but I do like the availability of sizes and styles available for the big and tall men's needs.

She personally assisted us with shopping for appropriate dresses for a 8th Grader. Unfortunately we did not find a perfect fit, however, the selection at Dillards for evening gowns and Special Occasions is tremendous. I appreciate the fact they dedicated a portion of the store to Juniors sizes. Many of the other department stores have gotten rid of Juniors/ Misses and have merged styles with Women's clothing. Dillards has an abundance of designers, I just wish the price tags were reasonable.

Prior to visiting, I would not consider myself Plus Sized, but curvy and voluptuous. Lane has arrived. The new styles provide clothing that is functional, comfortable and trendy without sacrificing your self esteem. I received a MK Satchel handbag and matching wrist for Christmas. After much thought, I decided the bag was too big and it would be more useful if it was smaller satchel bag. I brought my items to the MK store and ask if i could exchange. With little difficulty I was able to pick out 3 items that matched the value of my original purchase and walk out with a purse that was more suited for my day-to-day use. I wasn't able to get a full because the purchase was more than 3 months old; my boyfriend bought it in November for a Christmas/Birthday gift and we just moved. Hence I understood why it was a $ value exchange only. Overall the staff was friendly and quick to help me after I addressed my exchange request. With my Hamilton satchel, I got a gold & tortoise watch and keychain pouch. I am more than happy with my new purse and be back in the new Spring.

I think if he designed a potato sack to wear with the MK logo, I would think that it must be in because Mr. Kors says it is. This location does not sell clothes, but has all of the accessories, which is fine for me. I found the shoes I was looking for, and then another pair I had not seen. The associate was extremely helpful and attentive and told me where to go online to get another pair that they did not have in my size. She was so very nice, and seemed genuine---a great salesperson! After my purchase, I found myself perusing through the jewelry and some of the handbags and had to force myself to walk away, although after smelling the Michael Kors Amber perfume, I may have to treat myself to another visit in the next couple of days.
