My issue is that I'm am looking to get a receipt for the work done. I paid him at time of service and he promised a receipt and in over 6 weeks of requests he has failed to send one. He also took photos of the work and promised electronic copies which I have not received. The ceiling tiles in the basement were damaged by the solution that was sprayed in the duct work. I've asked him to address this but he has been unresponsive. His work was good and Justin is very passionate about clean indoor air but the amount of work getting a quote and trying to get information back from him is just not worth it. I'd suggest using a more professional company.

Justin was very communicative, both via text and phone. They brought in their commercial HEPA vacuum and did an excellent job, blasting air through the vents and showing us before-and-after photos. Edward went above and beyond to clean the vent, spending much more time than he anticipated. It turns out that there were items in the vent pipe causing a significant lint buildup. This not only caused the dryer to take a long time to dry clothes, but also presented a significant safety issue. Edward was courteous, professional, and provided a valuable service for us and our home. His pricing was better than some of the larger companies I contacted, and I always like to support small local businesses when I have the chance. Give Edward a call!

I didn't notice until the following morning they had hit my car with that giant blue thing they lug around and it had pushed in my backup sensor. So now I get to hear a fun high pitched sound whenever I back up until it's fixed. I also noticed they had turned my basement breakers off and never turned them back on. My reptile room and incubator are in the basement as well. They're on timers so I didn't notice until I went to do cleaning and feedings. Thankfully they were ok. Accidents happen but they took zero responsibility when my husband called on Monday and basically called us liars. The cost to fix my sensor is more than what we were charged for the service, so I'd say they're not worth it. The person that hit it knows they hit it and chose to not say anything at the time and then chose to straight up lie about it. Find a more honest company when choosing a place that has to come inside your home. One that accepts their employees don't walk on water and accidents happen. Instead of blaming your customers.

My wife called whitemountainair.com for a quote based on a local advertisement that claimed they…read morewould clean our heating system for $7.00 per vent. I have 22 vents and a cost of $154 seemed too low so I called the business and asked about the $7.00/vent and was told they clean and duct all the way back to the furnace. I asked again, "Are you sure the ducts are cleaned all the way back to the furnace" and the answer was Yes, Absolutely! Ray from whitemountainair.com arrived and I gave him a tour of our home and I showed him where I moved all furniture out of the way of the vents. I opened several vents that he said he would not touch because he said they were painted on, they were not, I remove vent covers to paint them, but did not argue with him. Here We Go - When in the basement he then told me the mains that feed the vents were extra at a cost of $169, I have 4 mains. What he failed to tell me while in the basement is cutting into the mains and resealing were an additional $29 per access panel which turned out to be 6 locations. Ray started work upstairs, then went out to his truck to write up the work order contract. If he wrote up the contract prior to starting any work, I would have asked him the leave at that time. The actual cost was almost 7 times what we were led to believe when we agreed to have White Mountain Air Duct Cleaning come to our home. I told Ray that I had specifically asked about the cost when making the appointment and was assured on the phone that all vents are cleaned "ALL THE WAY TO THE FURNACE" Ray's comment: "Oh, that is my assistant, and she does not understand". On top of that I had to reattach a dryer vent he knocked off, clean handprints off walls near vents, and clean metal shards off the basement floor where they had dropped where he cut into the mains, as well as a few that he tracked into a playroom carpet where my grandkids spend a lot of time. I did not find those until I stepped on one that cut my foot. If I knew the actual cost, I would have got additional quotes. My mistake was agreeing to have Ray finish and not asking him to leave and hire another contractor to complete the job, I was in a hurry, we were leaving on vacation the next day. Do yourself a favor and get a few quotes written up prior to hiring a contractor.
