This company can be unprofessional. I started working with them and they got into a dispute with…read morethe insurance company that was really a breakdown in communication. I got the company president, the insurance company, and myself on a conference call to discuss the situation. The company president was rude, impatient, and unwilling to work with the insurance company. He was not even willing to discuss the situation due to his anger with them. It was so bad, I could not even get a word in to help defuse the situation and discuss the issue. He then told me I needed to find someone else to get my work done. I was dumbfounded by his actions as the company president. Frankly, I would not recommend this company. The staff is young and immature and I do not think they can be trusted. I'd recommend you work with someone else.

Ken Bird came to our home and showed me how false readings can occur when you put the meter near metal. He found no high readings in the area where I was told was excessive moisture. He gave us honest feedback and resolutions that would be a fraction of the original estimate. I teach "Creating an Exceptional Customer Experience," and Ken met all the criteria. His honesty was refreshing and saved us thousands of dollars.

I cannot say enough about how happy I was with the service I received from A-Plus. After only…read morebeing in my new home for 2 weeks and having problem after problem arise, I got hit with a water leak that damaged walls, floor and ceiling. A-plus came out immediately to fix the damage - they were professional, responsive, clean and - most importantly - kept me informed during every step of the process. I have worked with no less than 5 other contractors during my home renovations (both planned and unplanned....), A-Plus was by far the most professional and pleasant to work with. They took over the dealings with my insurance company and cooperated with the contractors that were already in the house - when everyone else I was dealing with was stressing me, A-Plus (primarily Scott) went out of their way to DECREASE my stress levels.

I didn't notice until the following morning they had hit my car with that giant blue thing they lug around and it had pushed in my backup sensor. So now I get to hear a fun high pitched sound whenever I back up until it's fixed. I also noticed they had turned my basement breakers off and never turned them back on. My reptile room and incubator are in the basement as well. They're on timers so I didn't notice until I went to do cleaning and feedings. Thankfully they were ok. Accidents happen but they took zero responsibility when my husband called on Monday and basically called us liars. The cost to fix my sensor is more than what we were charged for the service, so I'd say they're not worth it. The person that hit it knows they hit it and chose to not say anything at the time and then chose to straight up lie about it. Find a more honest company when choosing a place that has to come inside your home. One that accepts their employees don't walk on water and accidents happen. Instead of blaming your customers.
