Due to Covid, the international travel scenario is a lot more complicated with stricter rules to follow, so we wanted a taxi service we could trust. In the past, we had used Shreeji taxi services & we remember he showed up on time in a massive snow fall not disappointing us at all, & well so we clearly knew who to contact this time. We contacted Yogesh ji & explained everything , he immediately made us feel comfortable confirming he will check with Canadian border authorities & fulfill all the needed formalities to drive us. He also ensured all our belongings will fit in the van & yet we will comfortably be seated. Then he constantly was in touch with us exchanging information about him fulfilling the travel rules like covid testing , other reqd formalities etc. we contacted him several times to be sure & he always gave us confidence!! On the day of travel, we realized we had a lot more luggage than we thought, yet he arrived on time & ensured everything will be fitted, all our luggages were loaded with great care. He made us feel so comfortable in the journey stopping for coffee breaks or lunch breaks, offered us bottled water, keeping us entertained with interesting conversation & ofcourse he drives so cautiously & dropped us in our destination , unloaded everything & left with a big smile!! On the way to my wedding…read morethe bus driver took our guests to the entirely wrong location causing the bus to show up to the correct location over 20 minutes late. Our own sets of parents were on the bus which meant our entire wedding started late because we could not start without them. This caused a cascade of things to not run on time (cocktail hour, the ceremony, dinner which meant less time on the dance floor having fun). Then, at the end of the night we could not find the driver and bus. We were finally able to contact him and said he was at the end of the block waiting for us. At no point before pick up time did he tell us that he would be at the end of the road or that he would not be picking us up directly in front of our venue which was in the contact. When we were finally able to get in contact with him we told him he had to come to the entrance because we had elderly people who could not walk over snow to get to the bus. Him not being at the front of the venue and not knowing where he was resulted in an over half hour delay in being picked up. This caused us to miss our entire after party since by the time we were able to get to the hotel bar where the after party was planned they had closed for the night. Then, after the wedding, when trying to find answers as to how both ways of transportation got messed up it took multiple emails to get a response from the company. When I was finally able to get a response they said they could refund me a measly $200 even though I spent almost $1,500 for terrible service. THEN, when I thought things couldn't really get any worse, it's been weeks, and I still have yet to receive the refund in my bank account. When spending thousands of dollars, I expect exceptional services, especially a day as important as your wedding day. An issue one way causing a change in schedule to our wedding day would have been bad enough, but issues both ways are completely and utterly unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone who I looking for dependable and reliable service.

We booked two charters from them and one of them just literally left after the church and didn't pick up an entire hotel worth of guests, AND THEY MISSED COCKTAIL HOUR! I sent him VERY SPECIFIC details of every stop, multiple times and they're refusing to refund us for the bus WHO DIDNT DO ITS ONLY TASK! I'm honestly still surprised they're an actual company. I hope they go public one day so they have to release their financials because WOOF this company does not hire anybody with a a brain cell. I'm sitting in one of these chinatown small buses as I type this review. These buses are a life…read moresaver. They save me the hassle of having to take the mta and stop at every train station on the n to then transfer on the 7 just to get to flushing. It takes me 1.5 hours with mta but with these buses it only takes me around 40 mins give or take depending on the traffic. Not to mention I'm sitting in a comfy seat and don't have to deal with external issues. As of July 2021, I pay $5 one way. Using a rideshare app or calling car service would have costed me well over $40. The bus caters to the Chinese immigrant community that usually travels back and forth from the 3 different chinatowns (Brooklyn 8th ave, Manhattan chinatown, flushing queens) either for work, run errands or meet up with family. It gives the people mobility with comfort and it's community centered. If you are not Chinese it's still ok. Once you get to know the system that's in place you'll never want to take public transportation again.
