We emailed on February 13, 2026, to request the next available pickup date. After no response, we followed up again on February 25 and February 26 and made multiple phone calls... still no acknowledgment or reply. For a law firm handling confidential, time-sensitive materials, being ignored like this is unacceptable. By the end of February, we had to set a firm deadline (close of business March 2, 2026) to get basic written confirmation of (1) whether they intended to continue servicing the account and (2) the specific pickup date. Because we received nothing, we were forced to consider switching providers and addressing the abandoned container ourselves. If your business relies on timely communication, especially for sensitive documents... be cautious. Our experience was essentially that the company "disappeared" when we needed service.

We have six, three story, apartment buildings with trash cans designated on each floor and recycling bins in the garage. This company has been so reliable and the men appear to be very hard, dependable workers. They also clean and sanitize our trash cans periodically and are excited to provide that service. Today for the first time ever, our condo management sponsored a shredding service through Always Green. They set up on time and we were not only encouraged to bring any documents that needed shredding, but we could actually watch them being shredded on a small TV screen on their truck. As I was getting ready for the event, OD corporate called me and said my order couldn't be processed because there was an issue with my billing address. After getting this squared away, I found myself in a pinch as my order wasn't ready and I had about 15 minutes to get it printed. I entered and the staff was quite busy, it was one of those times when everything was happening at once. Lots of spinning plates. My experience with Iron Mountain was unbelievably frustrating from start to finish. I requested my…read morestorage boxes at the end of January and received them on March 9th, a wait of nearly six weeks. The process was so exasperating that, at one point, one of their employees actually asked if I wanted to cancel our shredding service with Iron Mountain. I remember thinking, "What a wonderful idea, let's just cancel everything!" I cannot stress enough how little I would recommend Iron Mountain to anyone, especially for document storage. I would warn them that if they ever needed access to their records, they should be prepared to wait about a month and endure endless headaches. To make matters worse, our office hours are clearly stated on several of their documents (Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), yet Iron Mountain scheduled deliveries for 5:00 PM on a Friday twice! On another occasion, they arranged a Thursday delivery for 5:00 PM, so we stayed open until 5:15, only for no one to show up. I have truly never been more aggravated or disappointed by a company.
