We have six, three story, apartment buildings with trash cans designated on each floor and recycling bins in the garage. This company has been so reliable and the men appear to be very hard, dependable workers. They also clean and sanitize our trash cans periodically and are excited to provide that service. Today for the first time ever, our condo management sponsored a shredding service through Always Green. They set up on time and we were not only encouraged to bring any documents that needed shredding, but we could actually watch them being shredded on a small TV screen on their truck. We emailed on February 13, 2026, to request the next available pickup date. After no response, we followed up again on February 25 and February 26 and made multiple phone calls... still no acknowledgment or reply. For a law firm handling confidential, time-sensitive materials, being ignored like this is unacceptable. By the end of February, we had to set a firm deadline (close of business March 2, 2026) to get basic written confirmation of (1) whether they intended to continue servicing the account and (2) the specific pickup date. Because we received nothing, we were forced to consider switching providers and addressing the abandoned container ourselves. If your business relies on timely communication, especially for sensitive documents... be cautious. Our experience was essentially that the company "disappeared" when we needed service.
