Great selection and patience with our considerations (in fact, Ryan came out for a site visit and pushed us to take home additional samples and really take our time considering what was going to be a longterm purchase) and the pricing was reasonable - maybe lower than expected for the level of service delivered. Following up along those lines, our installers were efficient, trustworthy professionals who did great work. We intend to have more done soon, and House of Floors will now be the only place we contact - they've earned our business and our trust.

I'd conquered the second floor and began working on the first when I took a good, hard look at the staircase and thought, Ya know, I bet if I tried to tackle those bad boys, it would be a total disaster. Joe answered while he was eating lunch, said he'd get right back to me, and the next day he came to survey the job. In this housing boom era, most business owners like Joe have more than enough work lined up. He charged a premium price, but the work he and his carpenter, Andres, ended up doing made the home look fantastic. They were on the job immediately, delayed only briefly due to Rona, and they cleaned up their mess. They even helped me with some tips and tricks which were crucial to the installation I was doing. Angel patiently showed me many samples, covered the pricing in detail, answered all my question regarding the difference in quality of the various products, came to my house several times to see how the installation was going and if there was anything I needed. Irving and Juan were so meticulous in all aspects of the job. I had tile and carpet, part of which was over my partial basement that added a couple of complications where one part of my addition wasn't even with the original house. Richard came out and they worked out a plan to transition the two levels. It came out perfectly. I kept my original baseboards. Irving and Juan removed them without damage, numbered each one and reinstalled them. They were wonderful I can't say enough good things about them. In the middle of the installation, I came down with covid. After a week, they were right back on the job. I was afraid they would have another job in the works and was grateful to see them ready to finish. All and all, they were just about like family by the time the job was complete. I told them I would miss them!! I had a dark tile I loved and carpet in bedrooms. The lighter flooring has brightened my house. I don't miss the tile or the carpet and will never have either again. I definitely made the right decision connecting with ABQ Flooring. And I'll be calling them for another project I'm looking at for my kitchen counter tops.

We were promised the install would be completed by Christmas. We were skeptical but hopeful and since we chose not to decorate our home this year for the holidays we agreed to move forward with the installation. The 2 - 4 man crew were here daily and worked very hard to remove the old tile and carpet. Once all the old product was removed, the install was quick. The installation was completed as promised, two days before Christmas (10 day total project). The final result is amazing and beautiful. I am usually very handy around the house and consider myself quite the perfectionist however I have never taken on a project of this magnitude and I'm glad I chose not to. These guys really knew what they were doing and did a wonderful job. If you want the job done right, rely on professionals. Thank you Floorscapes. Great job!
