I was so scared because I did not want to go to a place where I was and praying I can make it back home to get this locked and treated immediately. I was also worried about how soon I can get an appointment. I called Sunday night and they booked me for a 9AM the next day! Dr, Yafim and staff were gentle, empathetic and made me feel like it was all going to be ok even Though I was emotionally devastated. They guided me through every action and he even waived the emergency visit fee. Which was greatly appreciated because I don't have dental insurance. They handled me with care and he does have soft hands when administering the injection to numb my then Big head to endure the 2 extractions I needed. Welp now they are going to be my dental family because we are in this new journey now of getting me right with a good smile!!!! He is a no nonsense dentist pulling no punches and I loved that! Thank you to all there. Oh yeah and they are just 5 minutes from my house perfect for this dental journey we will walk together. I left feeling hopeful and of course in less pain. See ya soon!

Before I even begin to tell about my awful experience with this place I encourage everyone to read…read morethe reviews before placing a foot in this office. I wish I had done my research first and it would have saved me hundreds of dollars. I will first say that the office manager and her assistant have no clue how to run an office with the lack of professionalism and knowledge that they exhibited regarding my situation. I had a lot of dental work done at one time and my dental insurance covered most of my expenses. However the final thing I needed was a partial that I was told by the office manager would have to be paid out of pocket. When I explained to her that there was a 600.00 balance left on my insurance plan and could I used that towards the partial which exceeded 800.00. She emphatically stated that "NO" your insurance does not cover that. That's your co-payment amount. When I called my insurance company after the visit I was told that the balance certainly would have covered the cost of the partial. Unfortunately I had already paid the full amount because I was also told by the manager that I couldn't be seen in the office unless my balance was paid in full. I am now in the process of filing a claim for reimbursement as well as a grievance against the office manager for failing to follow up on the information that was given to her and who scammed me out of hundred of dollars. These people need to be held accountable for their actions. I agree with many of the reviewers who were also scammed by these people. Please be aware of this place. Proceed with extreme caution! BTW I am sorry that these two apples had to spoil the whole bunch but Kudos to the dental assistants that provided me with stellar service.

When I tried to ask him questions about it and my other teeth no answer. He rushed the tech in doing my x-Rays and then rushed me. The lady at the front desk was very rude, she handed me a bill saying I need 8 fillings and a root canal which made no sense to me at all. She handed me the invoice and when I asked questions didn't care to answer any of them just like the doctor. I couldn't understand the doctor either which didn't help. It was early in the morning an there was me and another lady but still they were In a rush. The lady at the front desk couldn't explain anything just told me this is my bill and was almost forcing me into putting money out right there and then. They are horrible!

Fantastic dentistry, especially Betty! The office is comfortable and modern, and the customer…read moreservice is quite good. Unfortunately, they are also quite busy, and it can be a bit hard to get an appointment within a short timespan. They are also quite expensive, and I always have rather high out-of-pocket fees even though I have a fairly good dental plan.

I was a patient of this dental practice for several years, and I never imagined that I would…read moreeventually have to write a review like this. Over the years, one of the biggest concerns I noticed was the frequent change of dentists. My treatment passed from one dentist to another, and unfortunately, when a serious problem eventually developed, that lack of continuity became extremely important. When I was treated by Dr. Sardora, I specifically discussed my concerns about what would happen if there were problems after the treatment. At the time, I was reassured that they would take good care of me if anything happened afterward. That reassurance was one of the reasons I trusted the practice and moved forward with significant dental work, including a dental bridge. Unfortunately, when problems later developed and Dr. Lee was handling my case, the response was completely different. I was told that the work was beyond a one-year warranty period and that the office would not be responsible for it. I was honestly shocked by that response. This was not a small or temporary dental procedure. This was a dental bridge. Even my dental insurance generally only covers replacement of this type of major restorative work after a much longer interval, yet I was being told that after just over a year, the practice no longer considered itself responsible for addressing the problem. What makes this experience even more upsetting is what I am dealing with now. Because of the complexity of the existing dental work and the problems that need to be corrected, I am now having an extremely difficult time finding another dentist willing to take over my case. I have been left searching for someone who is willing and qualified to deal with the situation and determine how my teeth can be properly restored. For me, this is much bigger than whether a dental office technically offers a one-year "warranty." My concern is about continuity of care and accountability. Patients undergoing major restorative treatment should understand what happens if the dentist who performed the work leaves the practice, who takes responsibility for follow-up care, and what the practice will do if serious problems develop later. After being a patient here for years, trusting the practice through multiple changes of dentists, and relying on the reassurance I was originally given, I found the way my situation was ultimately handled extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The situation became serious enough that I filed a formal complaint with the Pennsylvania Department of State regarding my experience. I am sharing this review because I genuinely wish I had understood these issues before agreeing to major dental work here. If you are considering crowns, bridges, implants, or other extensive restorative treatment at this practice, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and asking--in writing--exactly who will be responsible for your care if complications develop after treatment or if your treating dentist leaves the practice. Unfortunately, I am now the one left trying to find another doctor willing to help fix a very complicated dental situation.
