He first explained the procedure in detail and paused to ask if I had any questions at each juncture of his explanation. The procedure itself last exactly an hour, which is the time he told me it would take. I felt no pain whatsoever at any time! After the procedure he explained the results, what I needed to do as a follow-up and that he would do a brief review of the results in six months. I believe I was in good hands with Dr. Rajaeian. He was also friendly, caring and personable, as is his wonderful assistant. Five stars for this practice in all respects!

The other dentists The endodontist HERE read my X-rays INCORRECTLY and made me think I had a cracked tooth and need a root canal and that I could even loose the tooth! They charged me $285 for the X-rays /"consultation" (that was wrong ) in which I wasn't told that it would cost that much for just a Consult / x-rays . However, I decided to call Delta Dental and was told that just my insurance info that I provided was enough to look up my policy. I then called Wynnewood Dental Arts and merged in the Delta Dental rep. She clearly told Wynnewood Dental Arts my social wasnt needed. Then Wynnewood Dental Arts said they verified my Delta coverage the day before, but like to have the social security numbers as an office policy (not what the manager said to me). If you want to be treated like an idiot and lied to this is the office for you. Again, they never needed my social, already had my insurance verified, and then lied to me

My interaction with the woman at the front desk was especially frustrating--she was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. The office also feels very money driven. I went in for a deep cleaning and was told one thing initially, but when I returned to complete the other side, I was suddenly hit with a $660 balance that was never clearly explained beforehand. When I contacted my insurance company, they informed me that the dental office had not provided the necessary information to process things properly. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and questionable billing practices made this a negative experience.
