My first thought when I walked in was "damn it's clean in here" the store was nice, clean and orderly. The staff treated us quickly and we ordered within 3 mins of walking in. We ordered the 6 piece wing combo which was very tasty but the wings are the tiny ones. They did give 2 or 3 extra to make up for the size so that was nice. The fries are the small crinkle cut and they were almost overcooked but crispy. The staff seemed to be cleaning the whole time we were eating which is nice to see. No one was on their phones playing while working, also nice to see. Overall I don't see why this location only has a 3 star rating. Keep up the good work. read more

Visited 2/9/19 I work in the area and this is where most of my Colleagues will grab lunch and if we do anything special for the Students we order from this American Deli! So on a Saturday I am in the area and decide to call and place an order for my family... I called 32 times while I was still driving on 285. Like really... In the past I've seen the Staff purposefully take the phone off the hook so I assumed this is what they decided to do. I finally go through and was able to place my order but once I pulled up there were really no Customers inside. So again why did I have to call 32 times? My food was really good and I'm sure I'll be back within the next 2 weeks or so. The last time I wrote a review about this American Deli I shared my experience of a lot of people just sitting inside and there was no where for the paying Customer to sit. On this visit there were men out front of the American Deli asking for money.... I know times are hard. I gave the $5.00 cash that I had in good faith that it was honest and God will bless me and my Family.I'd never seen this at the American Deli and it should be corrected. read more

Ok, we order from this location all the time for wings. We place an order over the phone and paid over the phone... the lady said she will need our driver's license number because people have stolen food in the past claiming they haven't received their orders. We stated we will not give you our ID number but you're able to validate the name on the card with our ID. Upon arrival to pick up our food, she requested to write down our id number again... same as stated before... you can validate the name but I will not provide you my Driver's License number.... How about we ordered food today and they now have us blocked and flagged in their system because we would not let them write down our driver's license number.. if this ain't a red flag for fraud, I don't know what is!!! WE PAID FOR OUR FOOD idiots! You should have cameras in the building and able to provide proof for those who claimed they haven't received their food from you!! And then you punish your loyal and paying customers because of what someone else did!!! .... Make it make sense!!! There's too much scamming and fraudulent stuff going on to be giving your driver's license number Willie Nellie to people... If you didn't know, that's all a person need to obtain other important information if they have access to the right systems.... Just nutz!! We'll order our 50 piece and sides somewhere else..... Sooooo. I went to Kenny's Cafe with the Boo on Tuesday. While I was there Kenny told me that he has opened an American Deli in the old Bojangles Building on Old Dixie (same street that Kenny's is on just down past Interstate 285). So I decided to give them a try. I walked in and either this was the best newest batch of grease frying up some food ever. Or I was just hungry as hell because it was after 2:00 PM. Either way, this joint smelled good-er than a mug up in here. Up in HERE! :) Luckily for me the lunch crowd had died down and there were just a handful of customers inside. I placed my order with a very informative young lady and then I went to sit down for my long wing combo wait. A regular came in and they new what he wanted as soon as he hit the door! I started watching some Judge/Courtroom show and as soon as it was getting good (5 minutes or so after I placed my order) they called my number. WTH???? No 10-15 minute wait? I was so surprised and happy! I ordered a wing combo that consisted of 5 Sweet Chili wings, Fries and a Beverage for just under $6.00. This was my first time trying the Sweet Chili flavored wings. I thought they were okay but I may stick with a BBQ and Mild sauce. They were still good though. Went here one day for a cheesesteak to go. Walked inside. Ordered a cheesesteak and she just kept saying "what?" Which I replied cheesesteak. Then she would say "a what?" She then rudely grabbed a menu and told me to point at what menu item I wanted. I pointed at..... the cheesesteak. Got it to go, it was terrible. There's no way you can eat this as a sandwich. Quick service and decent food for the price. They show you the food before sending you off with it so you can see if a mistake was made and once on a while they will have put the wrong dressing with the wings. I only wish they had a drive-thru. read more

Close to the airport, easy access on and off I-285. The menu is largely fried food and wings. I had the shrimp - tasty and good quality butterfly shrimp for a reasonable price. The fries were pedestrian. read more

They are friendly but expect to wait due to the customer service. The food is pretty good takeout but there is usually a wait.

I love the lamb gyro with everything. There taziki sauce is bomb, it's better then the Grecian place next door!
