Ok, I am not going to get upset I just had him come back out to redo both. Clearly, this wasn't the job for him. Now I have pretty large holes in my bedroom wall and a floating desk now the drawer won't close properly. The mirror still not centered, desk still not centered but I didn't want anymore holes in my wall. They left a little of a mess the first time as well and put the trash on my front porch, really. Cleaned up after every days work and finished a quality project. Tommy suggested the deck color/materials and I had seen Trex enough to know that their standard railing is white posts with black balusters. We now have a mutli colored deck with posts that have been capped and risers on the stairs. Absolutely love it. He also can handle concrete poatios so we expect to call him back when we are ready to expand and resurface our concrete patio in the back year.

Their website specifically mentioned no job too big or small and that they specialized in the type of repair we needed done. Based on the positive reviews on Yelp, we really wanted to hire them. So, on the morning of September 3rd, we called and left a message on their answering machine giving them our name, phone number and a very brief message about what we needed done. Unfortunately, we're still waiting for a return call. The good news is that we got the repairs done this week by another contractor we had used in the past for other things. Sorry to say, it appears this company is out of business. It's too bad; it looks like they did good work.

We asked Dennis several times to intercede and correct the problem but he said he didn't have the capacity not means to do anything about the problem. Dennis then had the audacity to want payment for a complete job when only at 85%. Stupidly I paid him in full. Deck was never completed. The only reason I gave two stars was he was inexpensive and choose to use an ex-convect trying to get his feet back under himself. Sadly Dennis didn't take responsibility for any of the poor quality workmanship nor the sporadic and delayed work that occurred resulting in numerous delays. My husband and I had to finish the job. I would not recommend him.
