After about 15 min of looking around, an employee came to assist. He did not know what he was doing and was mumbling when he spoke. And they said no, they're 24 to 48 hours before they could help me. I thought it was weird so I talked to a manager and the manager said that all print is "drop off" and you can pick it up but all I was looking for was one copy, let me reiterate, this one copy, blown up, so I could do the rest of the work myself and they said no. I'm standing in their business just looking for them to blow up one copy to full-size so I could do the self service work and they told me no. I'm repeating it because it's just so silly.
