I was surprised that they were able to design a printer cabinet area with storage underneath to meet the exact space requirements for our workroom. They were very easy to work with from design through installation. We were able to furnish both areas for less than half the price of the new furniture I was considering - and with higher quality furniture. I was told that they offered this service. Now this is the deal breaker the salesperson tells me that since they did not have any sticker packages open behind the counter that I would have to purchase a box of stickers and they would then print the image I needed on the stickers. This for me made zero sense I have a photo printer if thats the case why pay them to print the stickers if I have to buy the box which I don't need? The person on the phone didn't seem to care that his place of business would be losing a possible sell...which they did!

The staff wasn't too high-pressure and let us take our time to decide what we wanted to do. Even more, they cut us such a killer deal that we couldn't turn it down despite our hesitancy. Since we bought the furniture, I have been satisfied with what we got - no surprises once we got it home. No funky smells, no hidden stains, nothing broken that shouldn't have been. While I always prefer new furniture over used (unless I am dealing with antiques), I think Cort was a good place to buy from.

Well, guess what? Turns out I didn't know that the toner cartridge had to be taken out of the old unit holder, and the new cartridge put in. Chris listened to me, looked over the cartridges, explained to me the numbers, and showed me how to remove the old one, and insert the new one. Amazing. Chris was wonderful. And they said no, they're 24 to 48 hours before they could help me. I thought it was weird so I talked to a manager and the manager said that all print is "drop off" and you can pick it up but all I was looking for was one copy, let me reiterate, this one copy, blown up, so I could do the rest of the work myself and they said no. I'm standing in their business just looking for them to blow up one copy to full-size so I could do the self service work and they told me no. I'm repeating it because it's just so silly. Just really really really weird. I'm shaking my head. This wasn't a print job. This was one copy I was asking for.
