It turned out to be the wrong type and I ended up doing my oil change. There was no need for this quart of oil. Today, I walked in looking for the manager, but the owner (George) happened to be in. I explained to him my situation and he was very happy to give me a refund or an exchange to my desire. I cannot tell you how far customer service goes in my book. When I get good customer service, it keeps me returning back to your business. Thank you, George, for being so kind and understanding. And thank you for always hiring kind cashiers.
