These guys are great! I requested quotes from Yelp and the owner of Metro sent me a text back with…read morean awesome price right away. They got me scheduled for a cleaning the same day. All sorted out before 9am on a Saturday. Speedy, friendly service. By 11:45 they were done and on their way to the next job. Now, that said, here are some more outstanding points: * Communication . They sent me several text messages throughout the morning to let me know their status. They said they would arrive between 11 and 12 and they arrived just a hair after 11. * Equipment. Gabriel rolled up in a shiny, clean, European style white box truck. It had the big built-in contraption for heating the water and sucking it back out. All the hoses were clean and the pretreatment smelled great! * Friendly. Gabriel and his coworker (sorry, I didn't get his name) were both smiling and were happy to explain about how the pH can affect the carpet, and why the water they were using made all the difference in the quality outcome I could expect. * Professional. Attention to detail. All the vacuum marks lined up and looked great! Gabriel even put plastic under the feet of the sofa to protect the wood and under a large mirror too. He spent extra time going over a dirty soap spot left over from a previous cleaning (provided by my apartment complex) I'm going to have them back to do my sofa and love seat. Hire this company and you'll be as happy as I am.

Gabriel dropped the ball. During his quote he said that he could do my job a few weeks out and said…read morehe'd be able to match my grout without any issue (since he was repairing the sandstone top of my bbq island) . I agreed to wait since I liked the reviews I read on Yelp. The morning of the job I get a call from him saying that there is an issue with the grout company getting my grout. He said he'd get it straightened out and could come two days later to complete the job. I agreed. Then the morning of the second appointment I get a similar call and he said that he is not sure exactly how long it will take to get the grout but that he should be able to get it eventually. Then a week later, when I hadn't heard any updates, I told him I'm going to move forward with another company if I do not get word he told me that he ultimately couldn't get the right color grout. His communication throughout the process was inconsistent. I do not get upset when issues arise since I know that things happen. It's more about how it is handled and Gabriel was disrespectful of my time and a poor communicator throughout. I recommend that you avoid this company.

Justin was super responsive. He asked for a picture, gave us a quote, we liked it and he came in the next day. We have a cream color sofa that has gotten dirty because our dog would rub herself against it. Justin & his partner did such a good job on it so we decided to let him clean out other sectional sofa, chairs lounge and our bed - all on the same day! Our chaise lounge is now an oversized dog bed. Needless to say it is dirty from all the dog slobber, covered with fur and STINKY! Well, they managed to clean it to a point it almost look new. The cleaning also removed most of the dog odor. We have a king size bed covered in velvet. The railings have gotten so dirty from my daughter stepping all over it. The head board had an oily stain from our dog who would rubbed herself against it. I was so pleased that they were able to clean all of the stain. I was thinking of reupholstering the chaise and bed but not anymore....thanks to this company! I would definitely use them again to periodically clean our furniture.

We had a disappointing experience with Elite recently after having an excellent experience several…read moreyears ago. I reached out to Elite to have two carpets cleaned. The materials dictated that they needed to be cleaned off site. Elite quoted me a price and came to pick them up. A few days later, Elite contacted me saying the rugs had been transferred to another company. This had not been requested, approved, or shared as a possibility, prior. In that message I received an invoice for more than the quote Elite had given me. Elite had added a pick up / drop off cost. The invoice included a disclaimer saying there was a chance the rugs could have ripples after drying. This had not been shared as a risk prior. Since the rugs might not "survive" the cleaning process, I decided not to continue. I contacted the other shop and told them to discard the rugs which they had offered to do. A few days later, I received a final invoice from Elite for $95 for "Pick up and delivery - pick up and light clean only". I think this $95 charge is unfair given that... -No advanced notice had been given as to the possibility the rugs could not be cleaned without damage, -I hadn't requested the rugs be transferred to another business, -No advanced notice had been given as to a pick up / drop off charge, -At the end, I had no rugs, I will gladly pay for services rendered - but customers have a right to full transparency when it comes to costs. Make sure you get the full information up front before engaging Elite's services, so you are not caught off guard by substantial hidden fees.

Adrian is extremely thorough and even told me where to get the best cleaner to maintain these surfaces long-term. They really went above and beyond what I had expected. We will definitely use them again for all our future tile and grout needs!
