When I spoke to Jorge about it he claimed he let his insurance lapse and "anything could have cracked my cooktop" so he refused to reimburse me. I bought a new cooktop and discovered gallery of stone had cut the hole too small and forced old cooktop in. I didn't call them to fix it because I didn't want a uninsured company in my home so I had to pay someone else to cut granite.

Timothy immediately helped me find several appealing options to go with my sample. I loved his first suggestion but sadly it was outside my price range ($140 sq ft!). He helped me find a lovely dimensional tile with a great artisan style that will set off the quartz Calacatta Gold well. He was helpful with installation suggestions as well: finding a Schluter edging that will compliment the colors. The vibe was mellow and helpful. Unlike other places I have been to, I didn't feel that they needed to perform a wallet biopsy before they answered questions. Can't wait to order my tile and upgrade our kitchen!
