On our recent road trip through Nacodoches, my dad's tire pressure sensor lit up, indicating that a…read moretire was low on air. We drove to the local Firestone, but the wait would have been too long. The manager at Firestone suggested we try Herman Power Tire about a quarter mile down the road. I'm glad he did, because the fine folks at Herman Power came through for us. Despite the place being busy (a good sign), the lady at the counter assured us that the wait time would be minimal. She sympathized with our haste to continue on our trip and gave our case top priority. That was kind and unexpected. The lobby was homey and comfy with several leather recliners, a couch, a TV, a large freezer stocked with complimentary ice cream bars, and a table piled high with reading materials. I considered skimming the latest issue of "Good Housekeeping" but opted instead for something lighter: "The Holy Bible." Before I could finish reading about how I should be stoned publicly for practicing the occult and necromancy (Leviticus 20:27), the technician returned with some good news. He had found the culprit: a roofing nail imbedded in the left rear tire. He checked all four tires and completed the repair in less than thirty minutes. Even better: the entire bill was just $16, including tax! I seldom leave a review after just one visit, so I contemplated returning to Nacodoches next year, hammering a roofing nail into a different tire, and seeing if the service we received on our first visit was just a fluke. I really just wanted an excuse to try the complimentary ice cream and give it a scathing one-star review for containing carrageenan. My dad rejected that idea (stick in the mud), so I'll have to assume that the staff at Herman Power Tire are always so kind, helpful, and expedient. If you need your vehicle serviced in Nacodoches, then look no further than this place!

SERVICE!!!! Took my car in for basic warranty work, was told…read moreit would be two days. Now I'm going onto week 2 waiting. Along with this they cut my cats off WITHOUT asking and wanted $1000 to replace them. No one answers the phone anymore and when they finally do you are automatically put on hold again for 5+minutes, just to never get a straight answer out of them. I don't know if it's just my agent or the whole service department, however it's getting ridiculous.

What a great dealership. You can tell the manager does a really good job hiring and training his…read moreemployees because the sales person we had the previous to deal with was absolutely awesome! My son and I wanted a new Raptor and this Simone of the few dealerships in the Inited States that does not "RIP YOU OFF" and add $5000 on top of the Raptor's MSRP. The truth is we found several dealerships between here and California that will also sell their Raptor's at MSRP but the sales guy we met over the phone was what I call first class. I don't want to use his first name because I don't want to violate any of Yelp's guidelines so let's just say his name could also be your favorite type of pasta dish. LOL On top of that we were created by two different super nice people just walking in the door and then we met the general manager. After we kind of met everyone we then really got to see what a great dealership this is. I can't say enough about how awesome we were treated, at first I really was regretting flying from California all the way out to the middle of Texas but at the end of the day I'm very thankful that we did. Not only did we get a great truck but we got it at a great price and the way we were treated the staff at this particular dealership reminded me of how it used to be back in the day when you went in to buy a car. Keep in mind that we bought another matching Raptor just two weeks ago from a dealership back home in California. We paid more and the service was completely different. I would like to say thank you very much to everyone that helped out with this particular transaction and I'm not joking when I tell you we will be back when it's time to upgrade to the Raptor R. Thanks A

This last trailer we never looked anywhere else, just went straight to Genuine. Their service department is second to none, very knowledgeable and professional. The service manager has a lot of pull with Keystone and got some warranty service for me that I thought was not available. If they tell you something you can put it in the bank. Love dealing with Tony, he has become more of a friend than a business associate. I recommend them enthusiastically with no reservations.

This totally removed the haggling stress and nonsense. I have a bumper pull, they included the load levelers and sway bar as part of the deal. I've heard other places charge an extra $750. Check on this. They also included several hundred in credit at their store for hoses, chocks, etc. They do not have a large volume, but the campers come and go very quickly. So if you're serious about buying an rv and they have the one you want, better not hesitate. I brought the camper in for warranty service in mid December and got it back early January. This seems acceptable to me. I am the third person in the family to purchase from genuine, we all share the same appreciation for this business. Buyer be assured.
