I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews about Jesse and his out over there. I've done business with…read morehim for about ten years now. I not a repair shop or anything like that. I'm a medically retired mechanic (I'm now disabled basically). I can't afford new vehicles, so I've purchased broken down vehicles that were, in their day, very nice. My daily driver is actually a rare F150. The build date for it makes it a 96, but it's actually a 10th generation 97. A real pain in the butt to get parts for. It sat for 8 years before I bought it. Jesse help me gather the parts and pieces I needed to get her going again. It took close to 9 months, NOT because of Jesse, to get road worthy. She's been on the road now for 10 years now. Heck, Jesse saved me $1,000 on the rear drive shaft alone!! He charged me scrap price for the drive shaft that's in it now, because he, and I, weren't sure if it would work. It did and he didn't ask me for a dime more!! My current project is a 2002 Jeep Liberty. It's for my wife. It originally just needed an engine, 3.7L. But, on July 8th, 2024 we were hit by an EF2 tornado at 10:05 AM. I'll never forget it because I was home and for whatever reason God still wants me around down here ‍. But it wrecked the truck and the Jeep. I've been slowly getting parts to repair them both, because FEMA is a joke, when I can afford it. Yes, it's taken over a year and the Jeep is still covered with a tarp. It was easier to get my truck fixed up enough than the Jeep. But the cab of the truck still is going to need to be replaced. All I'm trying to say is that Jesse has been constantly fair and upfront with me. I didn't know him prior to doing business with him all those years ago. So throughout the years we've been doing business with one another the man has done everything he's said he would do. That just my experience with him and his outfit. So see8ng all the negative comments is rather puzzling to me. I'm nobody special, just a poor white guy doing the best I can to make it through the day. Which the days I've had to deal with Jesse I've had no drama. Thanks Jesse!! Will be talking to you soon enough.

This last trailer we never looked anywhere else, just went straight to Genuine. Their service department is second to none, very knowledgeable and professional. The service manager has a lot of pull with Keystone and got some warranty service for me that I thought was not available. If they tell you something you can put it in the bank. Love dealing with Tony, he has become more of a friend than a business associate. I recommend them enthusiastically with no reservations.

Weeks of nationwide research; it was easy to conclude they have the best prices. This totally removed the haggling stress and nonsense. I have a bumper pull, they included the load levelers and sway bar as part of the deal. I've heard other places charge an extra $750. Check on this. They also included several hundred in credit at their store for hoses, chocks, etc. They do not have a large volume, but the campers come and go very quickly. So if you're serious about buying an rv and they have the one you want, better not hesitate. I brought the camper in for warranty service in mid December and got it back early January. This seems acceptable to me. I am the third person in the family to purchase from genuine, we all share the same appreciation for this business. Buyer be assured.

We drove to the local Firestone, but the wait would have been too long. The manager at Firestone suggested we try Herman Power Tire about a quarter mile down the road. I'm glad he did, because the fine folks at Herman Power came through for us. Despite the place being busy (a good sign), the lady at the counter assured us that the wait time would be minimal. She sympathized with our haste to continue on our trip and gave our case top priority. That was kind and unexpected. The lobby was homey and comfy with several leather recliners, a couch, a TV, a large freezer stocked with complimentary ice cream bars, and a table piled high with reading materials. I considered skimming the latest issue of "Good Housekeeping" but opted instead for something lighter: "The Holy Bible." Before I could finish reading about how I should be stoned publicly for practicing the occult and necromancy (Leviticus 20:27), the technician returned with some good news. He had found the culprit: a roofing nail imbedded in the left rear tire. He checked all four tires and completed the repair in less than thirty minutes. Even better: the entire bill was just $16, including tax! I seldom leave a review after just one visit, so I contemplated returning to Nacodoches next year, hammering a roofing nail into a different tire, and seeing if the service we received on our first visit was just a fluke. I really just wanted an excuse to try the complimentary ice cream and give it a scathing one-star review for containing carrageenan. My dad rejected that idea (stick in the mud), so I'll have to assume that the staff at Herman Power Tire are always so kind, helpful, and expedient. If you need your vehicle serviced in Nacodoches, then look no further than this place!
