Oliver's error cost me $380 and Terry refused to reimburse me…read more My car hit a deer and I called Oliver Auto Body because of the good online reviews. When I called them they said it could likely be fixed within 30 days because the parts were readily available. I was happy to hear that because my insurance company only covers 30 days of a rental car. But the job ended up taking 37 days which cost me $380 in excess rental car payments. Why did it take 37 days? Terry said his team made a mistake and didn't see the broken light when they took the car apart. And when they did finally realize the light was broken and ordered a replacement, the whole process took 37 days. I asked Terry for a refund of the $380 because it was his own team's oversight. He said NO. He won't give me a dollar. What kind of place is this that admits to making an error but insists on customer paying the costs of their error? AVOID!!

Terry and the secretary were dishonest and non-transparent with the parts delivery timeline. When…read moreI asked questions, I was met with hostility and there was no communication between the staff at Oliver's. I then called the place where the parts were ordered from to get a date of when the parts would be delivered as my rental coverage was running out, and because the secretary reported I went over their heads by calling the parts store refused to do the job after waiting four weeks. Also, my mirror got damaged in the parking lot of the shop because it's in a terrible, unsafe location. Don't waste your time!

Just an all around amazing experience. They worked with my insurance company when the original estimate was too low for the work that needed to be done. Can't say enough good things about Gildo's. They make a lousy situation (car accident) so much easier to deal with.

The outside wax was nice, but the windows were streaked and there was a lot of dirt in the visible cubbies and crevices inside the vehicle. And the car was not horribly dirty when I brought it in! I tried shaking his hand when I left and he did the same thing again and avoided eye contact. A few weeks later, turns out the car needs more than 3k in work. It was 4 months of run around to get a title after paying cash for the vehicle. Like night and day with Haddad. Coggins didn't even do the inspection - told us there was a place down the road we could go to get one.
