Mark, sold me the system, Brandon was instumental in keeping me satisfied. Once Brandon left, it went downhill.For the past year, My safety has been compromised. I mistakenly tripped my system and no one checked, called or even cared if I was alive. I contacted Secur tek and the Managers explaination was I am on a delayed call? What in God's name is a delayed call? What happened was Secur Tek FORGOT to take my system off of TEST when they changed my smoke detector. Someone dropped the ball and did not want to credit me 6 months of monitoring. I thought I would give them another try, but last evening, I mistakenly tripped the alarm. CRICKETS!!!! No monitoring call, nothing. I contacted the company/left a voice mail, as well as contacted the after hour person. Greg who sounded as if I woke him from his sleep, called me back@ 1150pm. As I explained how no one from monitoring has called,he abruptly told me "When I am okay, call us and we will help you". WOW, and I repeat, WOW! he obviously did not want to be bothered. As of now, I have not heard a word from Secur Tek and the system continues to blink. I am in the process of finding a safe and secur security company for Secur Tek has compromised my safety far too many times. Please take my review as a safety precaution for you and your loved ones. After looking at reviews for local security service providers, Iwatch Security stood out based on their consistently high reviews. I reached out to them in late Aug 2023 for an evaluation and estimate. I was soon contacted by a sales rep/advisor and we made an appointment within a couple of days. The rep evaluated my home and current system and prepared a solution with some upgrades (a doorbell camera, enhanced control panel, system controllable with phone app, etc.) and investment/purchase options. I accepted the system proposal and an installation was scheduled. The technician came and did a great job replacing my prior system with the new components. Wherever possible, he placed new components in the place of old components which minimized aesthetic issues. Afterwards, he efficiently went through the required forms, account setup, and other administrative tasks. He guided me through using the new control panel and app while also configuring some of the basic functionality. I have been very pleased with my experience with Iwatch Security.

(The internal antenna just wasn't picking up all of the channels we'd hoped to get.) 1. REPLY TIME. I sent an email into them and they were back to me within 24 hours. Things tailed off a little thereafter, it took a week to get the next reply, but things moved in the right direction. 2. ARRIVAL TIME. They were late, but they got there. Wa-a-a-a-ay better than a cable company. 3. ROOF INSTALL. They put the antenna up on the roof exactly as asked. They did all of the right work, had the right parts and the job looks great. 4. IN HOME. They had to wire the antenna into our attic. From there they got it down to our home cable box, and out to all of the TVs. I'm very happy with the work they did. If they'd been on time and a little more responsive = five stars. The great thing is that I can now get rid of my cable and save $100 / month and still get good HDTV service.
