The seats were literally so coded in dirt. They were supposed to be tan but they were brown. The smell in the vehicle was so bad I felt so bad for him, having to drive it for a long distance. They lied to him face-to-face at this Fort Smith Arkansas location saying he can pick it up at point A and drop it off at point B. But they made a mistake and it was supposed to be returned back to Fort Smith Arkansas, which was never disclosed. And he was informed that he can drive it to point B with no problem but that wasn't the case either and ended up costing a $1200 fee including taxes that he wasn't able to afford so I had to pay. Whether if it was an honest mistake from the Avis employee, or if it was just intentional, I will not ever let him rent with Avis car rental and I will defer anybody from doing so especially at this location

The two desk attendants we spoke with were helpful and pleasant, and check in was quick. My family of four stayed in two rooms - 102 and 106 - which were clearly newly renovated. The temperature was easily set, it wasn't noisy at all, and the room was spacious. The breakfast in the morning was huge! More than enough to satisfy any early appetite. The only part I was surprised by, was that no shampoo or conditioner was included (though it's possible they missed our room). Thankfully we brought our own.

They have an impressive breakfast spread that runs 7am-10am everyday. The gym is well equipped and the pool is a fair size compared to other hotels at similar price points. The hotel is dog friendly, which I love being a dog lover, myself. I deducted a star because to enter the hotel, a person has to swipe their card a good 20x before being able to enter. My TV didn't work, which was not that big of a deal to me, but I could see how that might be a big deal to others. They are also short 2 dollies, which again nbd to me. But again, might be a hassle if you're having to wait to unload your luggage, especially if the person in front of you chooses to doddle. We stayed in a one bedroom which was pretty and comfortable, but small. A little more space might have been good if we were staying more than one night, but it served our needs. We got a good nights rest and a decent breakfast. The man at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint is lack of a salad bowl. We had to use a cooking pot to toss our salad. It worked. It might have been a problem if we were cooking something we needed the pot for.
