First off we chose this hotel because it said there was an indoor pool and we had several hours of down time so we were going to swim. The pool room was so cold and the waster was not heated so it was basically useless. The beds were so small it didn't say they were full size beds when we checked in. Never have had a full size bed in a motel before so that sucked. The tv is so small it's ridiculous. You guys really need to clean the bathroom way better. It was not worth the $200 price tag. And the walls are super thin you can hear every noise in the building. Did not sleep read more

Almost twice the price of other hotels in the area. LOVELY ROOMS.. Attention to detail! Even a pretty pattern on the shade! Comfy bed...2 squishy AND 2 firmer pillows (something for everyone!) HUGE SHOWER with AMAZING water pressure. "Suite," so separate living room area with a separate TV! Pluto TV, Netflix, Showtime! Indoor pool that we were too tired to take advantage of... but like nice. The breakfast bar was OK. Lots of "to go" stuff... seemed a bit lazy...pre-packaged, processed food. 3 cereal choices, waffles & watery oatmeal (tastes good.... with LOTS of topping choices.) I give this location a negative 5 rating. Checked in on Friday afternoon at 3 to room 305, the temp was 73 set the thermostat at 60 and left. Arrived back at 8:30 to the temperature was 74. At 10 pm complained to management and they moved us to room 318, 318's temp was 75, it never changed, so management brought us an oscillating financial said they were sorry and would note our account and send some rewards points my way. The next day we talked to management and they moved us to room 320, air was blowing warm and the temperature was 73 degrees, it never got cool, so finally they moved us to room 420. So we had to move to four different rooms and never got an apology or anything of that nature. The thing that makes it even worse is that we were charged the full rate for the weekend. They didn't discount not a single penny. This is the epitome of an epic fail. I rate this location a negative 5 for many reasons. Let me add the cavalier attitude towards my family sweating our butts off through the day and night at this hotel and the fact that we were still charged FULL PRICE for our room, and on top of that the manager stated that he would keep in mind that IF we were members he would add some points to our member profile. Just an awkward and uncomfortable conversation with no thought of discounting the room. And at this point as we speak, no one from Marriott Bonvoy has reached out to us. read more

Was a very clean hotel but the breakfast wasn't that good. Pool and gym were nice for the price, you get what you paid for. BUT my biggest thing with this hotel is the beds they are so uncomfortable I stayed here for 6 nights and I think I might need 6 months of physical therapy after my stay read more

My family and I stayed there last night as we drove across the country. It was clean and new. The staff was amazing and friendly, especially Lorenzo who went out of his way to help accommodate my 3 kids and dog. I would stay here again. read more

My husband and I were very impressed with this hotel. The accommodations were very clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. Tai, at the front desk was friendly and helpful with a few items I needed. I especially liked a girl named Ash, who was SUPER friendly and helpful with refreezing my ice packs and obtaining plates and plastic ware for our room. The breakfast was good and plenty of comfy seating. The only negative is that this hotel is about 10 mi.south of Interstate 40, so you lose a good 20 minutes, coming and going, if traveling cross country. read more

Room was clean, covid breakfast was actually not bad. They had a selection of bread & fruits (all of which were individually wrapped, imagine that!), plus beverage & a mini fridge of yogurt. We had 2 issues during our stay. First, not all of the internet tv apps were working. Upon calling the front desk, she said she would have someone check on it. I'm not sure if they ever did, since it was never fixed, but our only other option was to switch room & I didn't feel like packing up again, so I let it go. Second, they forgot to put toiletries in our room and I didn't realize this until I jumped in the shower. You know how some hotels put their toiletries on the bathroom counter, but some others put them inside the shower? I thought it was a case of the later, and I was wrong. My husband quickly called the front desk who showed up at our door in record time with.. 1 bottle of soap & 1 bottle of shampoo. I'm talking about those mini hotel toiletries, okay. Maybe it's just us, but in the past, everytime we asked for more toiletries, we always got more than 1 bottle? Fine, we'll take it. So then I jumped back in the shower, squeezed the shampoo bottle.. & nothing came out. It was empty, guys. They gave us a used, empty shampoo. At this point my husband was ready to yell on the phone. After a few minutes, front desk finally came back with 2 (full) bottles of shampoo, and that concludes the story of the longest shower I ever took. We didn't see many guests during our stay here. In fact I only saw one other guest during breakfast. I guess we now understand why. read more

Made a reservation via the Bonvoy app four days before my scheduled stay and checked in via the Bonvoy app as well. My CC information is saved on the app etc. I arrived later than expected which happens every now and then seeing as I stay at this same hotel for work MULTIPLE times a month throughout the year. Due to me being "late" they literally gave my room to someone else even though the room was reserved for me and checked in via the app by me. The front desk gentleman even said they don't usually do that. He's correct, they have NEVER done that. The week before that as I'm coming back to the hotel from work the hotel calls me and tells me there are things in my room still and it's time for me to check out, it's Tuesday and I'm not supposed to check out until Thursday. My reservation got erased in their system but luckily I had my confirmation email or I would've had to leave the room and find another hotel as they were trying to tell me that I was scheduled to checkout a lot earlier. For whatever reason my previous stay and this stay have been nothing but issues. Before these last two stays I will admit I haven't had any issues, so whatever has change within the hotel network I hope they get it figured out as I will not be staying at this hotel any longer. read more

Me and my family loved our night stay! The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. I enjoyed the featured apps on the TV. The convenience of being able to charge our iPhones through the electrical outlets,and alarm clock was also great! We also liked the layout of the room, and decoration. we are scheduled to stay for five days. my initial impression was of a newer clean room spacious, large and clean. was posted as handicap but only amenity that applied was the open and unobstructed space made it wheelchair accessible and a bar attached to tub. It was missing anti slip tub pads and extra bars inside tub and along toilet wall. I could not access Towels and face clothes on the shelf under the sink. Very frustrated toilet is so low to ground. There was No rowdy hall guest noise. Nice indoor pool was a bit on the small side. Adequate fitness room. hot breakfast. However early in the Morning on the second day, an uninvited critter was spotted crawling along the bottom of tub. Immediately called front desk. He arrived with a couple paper towels extended to me to drop the carcass into ! yuck and ewe?! He stated to me he would inform those that be. No apology or adjusted bill or offer of any etc. as of yet! Im stressing because my medical equipment bag is on the floor so now i must clean it out and do the same with the opened suitcases , what a nasty pain. I will keep you informed read more

My home away from home for the past 4 months - great for business travel. I don't have a reason to think about staying anywhere else in Fort Smith. Fantastic friendly professional staff. Always accommodating if my travel plan changes at the last minute. Newer facility, always neat and clean. Rooms are spacious enough to be comfortable for a stay of several days in a row. We came to Fort Smith for my father-in-law's memorial service and stayed 3 nights here. The staff was friendly and supportive during our stay. We spent a lot of time visiting with family down in the restaurant area. The bartender, Leslie, was amazing! Very professional and personable. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The common area in the lobby was perfect for gathering with our family. We will definitely stay here again. read more

For the amount of money spent to stay here it is not worth it. My husband and I woke up went to take showers and there was no hot water. We asked the front desk people if everything was okay with the water they stated that " everybody decided to take showers at the same time." So, the morning we needed to be up by 5:15 to get ready to catch our 6 A.M. flight there was no alarm because the power had been out for who knows how long. These things happen to be the major of our complaints, but the smaller complaint is about the breakfast. They have a very limited selection of food for breakfast which is not very good and the eggs were very runny. For being a new establishment they have some things they need to work on. read more

We stayed at this hotel last week for 4 days and it was a great experience. Very clean rooms and hotel which is a must for me. Pool area was perfect for my son and the rest of the adults. The front desk staff along with Leslie the bartender and Thai at the front desk were amazing. Friendly and as accommodating as could be. The complimentary breakfast was a plus with many offerings. The lounge was a small, quiet area but was a perfect area to relax with a glass of wine after a day of being out and it helped that Leslie was so friendly to us all, even the children with us. Many employees here gave us suggestions of places to eat which was a plus for us. I was on a trip to visit family in the Fort Smith area and I will definitely be returning to this hotel for all my stays. I definitely recommend and thank you to the staff members who made our visit pleasurable. read more
