The app worked with no issues and provided the necessary information of pricing, arrival time and car details with tag number. I really like the fact it's a flat fee as opposed to a taxi. My recent experiences was in Knoxville. I had around 5 trips ranging from 3-5. Best experience was a man driving a new Audi A7. Super guy and knew his way around. A few of the worse was someone that did not navigate the short trip properly. Another the car was dirty. Another the car had physical damage. I tipped off the app. I have used both Lyft and Uber with similar good results. I will say the one Lyft ride in Knoxville was weak. I'm using Uber more now since my status has better pricing. 3.5 rounding down.

Not a problem right?. We'll, my sister who is 78, and had a walker, got sick on the plane and our flight actually arrived back home an hour early so a family member was called, not by me, to pick us up so we could get her home. I texted Rick to let him know (it was an hour before he was scheduled to pick us up) that we were already home. Thanked him and said we would definitely use his services I. The future. He proceeded to tell me to never call him again. We were I considerate and he lost money not picking us up because he turned down other fares. If it had not been an emergency we would've gladly had waited for him the 90 mins. But we live 10 mins from the airport. I think it was him who was very inconsiderate for not understanding it was a medical concern. We will NEVER call him again and I did save our texts to show others. We will either uber or get family to drive us from now on. I told him I hope when he turns 78, he will be more understanding. But an ill family member takes precedence over a reserved cab ride. It would've been inconsiderate of me IF I hadn't let him know what was going on. He just lost some loyal customers. We travel quite often! Don't use discount taxi!
