No problem, I had 45 minutes to get to work. After 30 minutes, called back and he had sent the driver to the wrong address!!! Was going to check on the location. Never heard back from them, they blocked calls too. Cab never showed up!!!! I ended up getting a Co worker to come get me and I was 45 minutes late getting to work because of this company!!! To be picked up in 2 1/2 hours while I was waiting for my part to be delivered auto store. I got a confirmation, I got a driver name and the type of car to look for. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. Now I get another text from UBER stating we are looking for a driver for you. REALLY? i gave you a 2 1/2 hour window and now your leaving me stranded cuz you don't have a driver? Not reliable. My rating for Uber is zero. We had to ask a complete stranger if they wouldn't mine driving me round trip to pick up the part and back to the inoperative vehicle. Which went well by the way.

He proceeded to tell me to never call him again. We were I considerate and he lost money not picking us up because he turned down other fares. If it had not been an emergency we would've gladly had waited for him the 90 mins. But we live 10 mins from the airport. I think it was him who was very inconsiderate for not understanding it was a medical concern. We will NEVER call him again and I did save our texts to show others. We will either uber or get family to drive us from now on. I told him I hope when he turns 78, he will be more understanding. But an ill family member takes precedence over a reserved cab ride. It would've been inconsiderate of me IF I hadn't let him know what was going on. He just lost some loyal customers. We travel quite often! Don't use discount taxi!

She was concerned and wanted a personal confirmation, so she tried emailing and called several times, then he answered and she tried to confirm the reservation, he said he was on vacation and wouldn't be in town then, she asked another question and he hung up on her. We made other arrangements but were so glad we weren't relying on him to get us to the airport for our trip.
