I purchased 8 sessions for two areas and there are difference from the first day I walked in. Even with diet and exercise, there's no change at all. If anyone is considering this treatment.... DON'T! Waste of time and money! This place deserves a zero.

Nearing the age of 50, it was harder to lose fat even with a clean diet and 1.5 hour workouts 5-6 days per week. After spending 5,000 dollars I saw little to no change in my upper/lower stomach, waist and bra hang over area. Everyone there was very nice, the facility was clean and nicely decorated but that was not what I was spending my money on. The sales woman told me when I was done with the treatments she would send me my before and after photo's but she never sent them. That was the quickest money down the drain I ever spent. The whole experience was very disappointing. Back to reality with exercise and diet, I knew it was too good to be true!

Kristina has done my lip filler, Botox and microneedling and I will keep coming back to her again and again! She's patient and always does a thorough consultation before recommending any procedure. She's not like other providers that will do it because you want, she evaluates whatever you want done to see if it's a good fit for you. I had the pleasure to meet with Dr. Cruz my last microneeding appointment and he's such a delight. He drew my blood and the process was quick and painless. The whole team makes you feel at ease no matter what you're getting done. The office is also very clean and prices are competitive. To me, the price matches the service!

I have genetic neck fat and decided to try cool sculpting with Sculpt MD. It was a complete waste…read moreof money. I understand that results can vary with cool sculpting but the before and after pics were indistinguishable. Let me first say that Monica was always very kind. I had an awful experience with Dr. David Cruz. They gave me a body scan each visit which was not something I requested. When the scan showed I had gained some fat between sessions, Dr. Cruz was extremely condescending and implied that there was something wrong with me/my lifestyle. Im not sure why he felt the need to tell me how HE felt about MY body unprompted. My primary care doctor thinks I am a healthy weight and I have a healthy BMI. Health is my number one priority so his opinion affected me a lot at the time. I think this was beyond unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable given we were in a setting where cosmetic procedures are sold. I never said I wanted to change anything about my body, all I was there for was reducing genetic neck fat. After some reflection, I can't help but feel like Dr. Cruz was trying to plant seeds of insecurity to try to push sales.

I am paying a lot of money and the health coaches are rude, a lot of drama, and petty. The PAs have gone thru a lot of turnover but overall I try to meet with them vs the health coaches Rebekah and Susan. I found out from an office staff member that Susan was talking about me. I stopped the program for about a year because I had a successful fertility treatment and had a baby. Once I felt ready to come back, I returned in July of 2021 to restart the program. My second time on the program I lost 30 lbs. The staff that I saw on a regular basis is Melissa, Maureen and Priscilla. I want to start off by saying they are wonderful individuals. They have always been very kind and considerate towards me. Often times I didn't have anyone to watch my infant son and they were very understanding towards me and allowed me to bring him into the office for my appointments. Some things to consider: 1) The hours. They are only open a few days a week with limited hours so you have to be really flexible with your hours to get an appointment. Luckily once you get a certain you are often able to keep that same time slot for awhile, but it doesn't always happen that way. 2) Communication. A) There have been times where I have had something come up with work or had a family emergency so I had to cancel my appointment. Even calling days before and leaving a message, asking for a call back and I don't receive one. 3) Processing Monthly Payments- This is supposed to be automatic and it never is. Every single month I literally had to chase someone down to make sure my payment is taken care of. Especially for how much I was paying for the "VIP" membership, you would think they'd have a streamlined system for those automatic payments. I was always told "it's our new system" but for how long can you blame the new system. The do switch their systems quite a bit too, which is a problem more on their IT side and not the office itself. Overall, I enjoyed my time at JumpStartMD. I wish there was a tele-health option for people who move out of the area. They said it's something they are hoping to get into. When they do, hopefully I can come back. Until then I am able to continue with the healthy habits that they helped me form.
