My boyfriend and I decided to stop by B12 Love in hopes of relieving our sore and achy muscles since we do a lot of heavy weight training in the gym. Immediately when we walked in we were given the warmest greeting by the front desk staff. I wasn't quite sure if I wanted to go for the injection (shot) or the IV drip so I had a lot of questions. I spoke to the manager, Desmond, and he was super helpful! He recommended doing the IV since the vitamins are 100% guaranteed to be absorbed in the blood stream allowing your body to experience the full benefits/effect of the vitamins. My boyfriend and I both chose the "Inflamed Athlete" IV and the procedure took about 1 hour total. I am the biggest baby when it comes to needles but my IV administer, Dr. Sima, was super gentle and caring, I barely even felt the needle go in. Overall the hour went by pretty fast and the best part was feeling pampered. We got to recline in comfy chairs, watch an awesome movie, and munch on some yummy healthy snacks! The staff did an amazing job by giving us a smooth experience. They were very hospitable and made sure to check on us throughout the procedure. Update: My boyfriend and I feel such huge a difference in our sleep quality and muscles. We're still training pretty frequently but we don't feel achy/ fatigued like we did before. Our moods also feel elevated and we have more energy. I truly believe the IV drip was the best option! My weekly injections have really helped me turn my health around and I feel energized and healthy and I am able to get out and do more of what I love. After having major surgery several months ago I found myself completely depleted of Iron and Vitamins. I was constantly feeling exhausted and sick. I was in and out of the ER because of the effects of severe low iron levels and vitamin levels.
