When the technician came to my house, he asked me to sign an agreement on his phone and assured me that I would never receive any invoice or bill from them, my insurance company will be fully responible for the cost . Then asking me to read and sign the long writing agreement on his mobile phone? Asking me to read the agreement on a phone and sign? OKAY, I trust them, and it was my fault and I signed it. Today (April 4) I received an invoice stating that payment is due by April 6. They charged $2,500 just to set up two dehumidifiers in my house. They said they would come back and pick them up after 3 days, but they never did. I had to follow up myself and ended up calling them three separate times to ask them to pick up their machines. Every time I called, the customer service rep just said, "I have your concern in our system, and someone will reach out to you." So basically, you end up waiting at least 1-2 days just to get a response back. Because they failed to come back on time and never explained whether I should turn the machines off, I let them run continuously for 6 straight days. This resulted in an additional $350+ electricity bill. The communication and customer service were extremely poor. It feels like all they care about is finding every possible way to charge you. For the payment method, you can pay by credit card but there will be 3.5% processing fee. The other way is to mail a check to them, but they didn't provide the mailing address. It's 2026, I didn't know people still use mail for payment. Be prepared for all these troubles if you want to use their service.

Carolina came to the house a few weeks before to scope the work since it needed a deep clean. She had a clear menu of what's included in the base clean and a list of add-ons and pricing. I requested to change the date a few times closer to the tenant's move-in and Carolina was able to accommodate. The house looked fantastic and so clean! I highly recommend Sparkling Clean!!

While they did come back to clean, it was still unclean... To this day every time we use the oven there are mysterious white flakes that fall from the oven roof, almost as if they put a cleaner in but forgot to actually clean it off. I just hope not because cleaners are typically toxic? The toilets, they insisted that there was no way for them, the professionals, to remove the stained seats. Anyway, what's done is done and we will not be rehiring them for future cleanings. Edit: Yes they did "clean" our house. Partial messages about this has been added to my review. Look, I don't like writing these reviews but as we are looking at possibly another deep cleaning, I was reminded of this experience and I felt it was worth sharing.

We got several bids to start but ended up going with her bc she quoted a fair price and offered a detailed breakdown of the costs of the project.  We're so glad we went with her bc throughout the process, she was very friendly and communicative and very honest about everything. She knew we were on a budget and tried her best to stay within that budget. We trusted her so much, we called upon her again 7 years later to do a small bathroom renovation.  She said she could get it done within a month and we're so happy with it! It turned out even better than we imagined. Her guys worked so hard to make this tiny bathroom look amazing! There were some misunderstandings on both our ends regarding the layout and estimate we had to clear up, but Karen was nice enough to reimburse us for some of the things to keep the project on budget.  We trust her implicitly and if she gives us an estimate, we're not second guessing or wondering if we're getting ripped off like we might be left wondering with other contractors. We appreciate her hard work and honesty, and we genuinely enjoyed getting to know her better through working with her. She's very sweet and we always enjoy talking to her! Beth was also amazing - always checking in with us to make sure we were happy with how things were going.  We loved working with Karen and her team! :)

Steve came to our home today to fix a drawer front in one of our bathrooms.
